【摘要】:論文探究了鋯硅渣的性能及其在發(fā)泡混凝土砌塊及水泥基灌漿料中的作用。確定了鋯硅渣的煅燒處理方法及其最佳摻量,得出了鋯硅渣對(duì)膠砂試件抗壓強(qiáng)度及抗折強(qiáng)度影響規(guī)律,得到結(jié)論如下:鋯硅渣顆粒呈疏松多孔狀,內(nèi)含有大量無定形二氧化硅,能有效改善水泥基材料的成型質(zhì)量和力學(xué)性能等。借助XRD、SEM等分析鋯硅渣水泥水化產(chǎn)物,發(fā)現(xiàn)鋯硅渣中無定型二氧化硅在各齡期均可與Ca(OH)2進(jìn)行二次水化反應(yīng),同時(shí)對(duì)鈣礬石的結(jié)晶有促進(jìn)作用。鋯硅渣作為摻合料制備的發(fā)泡混凝土,與沒有摻加的發(fā)泡混凝土相比,自然養(yǎng)護(hù)下強(qiáng)度發(fā)展快、成型質(zhì)量好、抗壓強(qiáng)度高、導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)小。鋯硅渣的加入可改善發(fā)泡混凝土孔結(jié)構(gòu),促進(jìn)水化反應(yīng)發(fā)生,提高基體內(nèi)結(jié)構(gòu)致密度。鋯硅渣煅燒溫度為500℃,摻量為5%時(shí)制作的發(fā)泡混凝土密度為377 kg/m3,抗壓強(qiáng)度為2.4 MPa,導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)為0.085 W/(m·K),滿足《蒸壓加氣混凝土砌塊》(GB/T11968-2006)的技術(shù)規(guī)范指標(biāo)要求。對(duì)水泥基灌漿料組分中的細(xì)集料砂、減水劑和膨脹劑對(duì)進(jìn)行探究,確定水泥基灌漿料的最佳配合比:水膠比0.25,細(xì)集料砂100%,聚羧酸高效減水劑1.0%,膨脹劑10%。鋯硅渣作為摻合料制備水泥基灌漿料,能有效改善水泥漿體的粘稠度,成型質(zhì)量好,力學(xué)強(qiáng)度高。當(dāng)鋯硅渣的摻量超過7.5%時(shí),水泥基灌漿料料漿初始流動(dòng)度小于290 mm,已經(jīng)達(dá)不到灌漿料流動(dòng)度標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。當(dāng)摻量為2.5%,處理溫度為500℃時(shí),鋯硅渣水泥基灌漿料的1 d,3 d及28 d抗折強(qiáng)度分別為7.56 MPa、11.86 MPa、22.43 MPa;1 d,3 d及28 d抗壓強(qiáng)度分別為43.58 MPa、79.75 MPa、116.13 MPa,達(dá)到《水泥基灌漿材料應(yīng)用技術(shù)規(guī)范》(GB/T50448-2008)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the properties of zirconium silicon slag and its role in foaming concrete block and cement based grouting material were studied. The calcination treatment method and the optimum content of zirconium silicon slag were determined. The effect of zirconium silicon slag on compressive strength and flexural strength of cemented sand is obtained. The conclusion is as follows: zirconium silicon slag is porous and contains a large number of amorphous silicon dioxide. It can effectively improve the molding quality and mechanical properties of cement-based materials. The hydration products of zirconium silicon slag cement are analyzed by means of XRDX SEM and so on. It is found that amorphous silica in zirconium silicon slag can react with Ca(OH)2 for secondary hydration at all ages and promote the crystallization of ettringite. Zirconium silicon slag is used as admixture to prepare foamed concrete. Compared with foamed concrete without adding zirconium and silicon slag can improve the pore structure of foamed concrete and promote hydration reaction.
