【摘要】：文章分析了國內(nèi)安置小區(qū)的相關(guān)理論和案例,并對國外類似性質(zhì)的保障性住房的概況進行闡述,為四號安置小區(qū)西區(qū)的景觀設(shè)計奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。在充分分析四號安置小區(qū)的背景、區(qū)位概況、基址概況的前提下,結(jié)合安置小區(qū)景觀設(shè)計的相關(guān)理論對福民工程四號安置區(qū)西區(qū)的景觀進行設(shè)計。同時,以大眾喜聞樂見的中國結(jié)文化為依托,提出“以福生樂,福樂人生”的設(shè)計概念,旨在為安置居民營造一個環(huán)境優(yōu)美、鄰里和諧、有歸屬感的安置小區(qū)景觀環(huán)境。該項目意在探究安置小區(qū)景觀的設(shè)計方法,具有一定的實踐意義。通過對四號安置小區(qū)西區(qū)進行總體布局,道路設(shè)計、植物搭配、豎向設(shè)計、照明設(shè)計等,綜合得出以下結(jié)論:安置小區(qū)的景觀設(shè)計要以安置居民的需求為出發(fā)點,注重安置居民的生活習(xí)慣和文化風(fēng)俗,通過空間布局、植物造景和景觀構(gòu)筑物的布置,賦予小區(qū)獨特的人文氣息。(2)充分考慮安置居民特殊的鄰里宗親關(guān)系,營造適合鄰里交流的空間,滿足居民維系和睦鄰里關(guān)系的需要。(3)植物配置應(yīng)當(dāng)以鄉(xiāng)土樹木和管理粗放的樹木為主,不僅要考慮植物季相的變化,而且可在適當(dāng)之處種植部分吉祥寓意的樹種和經(jīng)濟作物,利用植物為安置居民營造親切熟悉的氛圍。(4)在道路和地上停車位的設(shè)計上,以安全便捷為標(biāo)準(zhǔn),減少車輛對小區(qū)內(nèi)景觀環(huán)境的破壞。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the related theory and case of domestic residential placement, and foreign similar properties of affordable housing are elaborated, which laid a theoretical foundation for the landscape design of No. four resettlement area west. In the full analysis of the No. four resettlement area background, location of the base address of the premise, combined with the related theory of resettlement residential landscape design landscape of West Fumin engineering No. four resettlement area design. At the same time, the popular culture China node as the basis, put forward to "Fu Sheng Le, design concept of happiness and life", to create a beautiful environment for residents, neighborhood harmony, landscape environment and resettlement housing belonging this project aims to explore. The design method of resettlement residential landscape, has a certain practical significance. Through the overall layout of the No. four resettlement area west road design, plant collocation, vertical design Design, lighting design, comprehensive draws the following conclusions: landscape design residential placement to the resettlement of residents demand as the starting point, focus on the resettlement of residents living habits and cultural customs, through the layout, plant landscape and landscape layout, gives the small unique cultural atmosphere. (2) considering the special rehousing the neighborhood clan relationship, to create a suitable neighborhood communication space, meet the needs of residents and maintain in good neighborly relations. (3) the plant configuration should be based on the native trees and extensive management of trees, not only to consider the vegetation season phase change and, where appropriate, meaning auspicious part of planting trees and economic crops, to create a friendly familiar with the atmosphere for the resettlement of residents using plants. (4) the design of parking on the road and on the ground, with safe and convenient for the standard, reducing the vehicle environment on the cell interior view of destruction.
