【摘要】：電阻率法是實(shí)現(xiàn)無(wú)干擾土體壓實(shí)度及水分遷移測(cè)試的一種有效方法。范德堡法(vdP法)廣泛應(yīng)用于半導(dǎo)體等材料的電阻率測(cè)量領(lǐng)域,有較高的精度,將該方法引入非飽和土電阻率測(cè)試,研發(fā)了一種只接觸土體表面而不破壞土體結(jié)構(gòu)的土體電阻率測(cè)試裝置及方法,裝置由鈦電極片、交流恒流源、電壓采集及數(shù)據(jù)處理系統(tǒng)4部分組成。采用此裝置對(duì)某粉黏土的電阻率進(jìn)行了測(cè)試研究,驗(yàn)證了電極尺寸、試樣高度以及溫度對(duì)于測(cè)試精度的影響;測(cè)試了不同含水率、壓實(shí)度下土體電阻率的變化規(guī)律,試驗(yàn)表明所提供的測(cè)試方法具有精度高、測(cè)試穩(wěn)定、對(duì)土樣無(wú)干擾等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:The resistivity method is an effective method to measure the compaction degree and moisture migration of soil without interference. The VDP method is widely used in the field of resistivity measurement of semiconductors and has high precision. This method is introduced to the resistivity test of unsaturated soil. A new device and method for measuring the resistivity of unsaturated soil is developed, which only touches the surface of the soil and does not destroy the structure of the soil. The device is composed of titanium electrode and AC constant current source. The electrical resistivity of a silt clay is tested by this device, and the effects of electrode size, sample height and temperature on the measurement accuracy are verified. The variation law of soil resistivity under different moisture content and compaction degree is tested. The test results show that the test method provided has the advantages of high precision, stable testing and no interference to soil samples.
