小直徑盾構(gòu)在綜合管廊建設(shè)中的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:研究目的:地下綜合管廊可以高效率地利用地下空間,是未來城市市政管線的發(fā)展方向,但目前主要采用明挖法施工,對周邊環(huán)境影響較大且投資較高。隨著盾構(gòu)法在隧道建設(shè)中日益廣泛的應(yīng)用,探索將小直徑盾構(gòu)推廣到地下綜合管廊的建設(shè)中,在降低工程實施難度、降低綜合投資等方面有著可觀的優(yōu)勢,但必須針對綜合管廊建設(shè)的特點,對小直徑盾構(gòu)隧道在管片結(jié)構(gòu)規(guī)格、盾構(gòu)機(jī)技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等方面進(jìn)行適應(yīng)性研究,以期形成一套適用于綜合管廊的盾構(gòu)規(guī)格標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。研究結(jié)論:(1)利用小直徑盾構(gòu)修建綜合管廊的方案是合理可行的;(2)針對通用管線和專用管線,可以確定綜合管廊小直徑盾構(gòu)的內(nèi)徑采用4 100 mm是經(jīng)濟(jì)合理的;(3)以項目所處的工程地質(zhì)和周邊環(huán)境情況為依據(jù),確定了中心支撐的輻條式土壓平衡盾構(gòu)機(jī);(4)采用壁厚300 mm、環(huán)寬1 000 mm的盾構(gòu)管片,在滿足承載力和耐久性要求的同時,能更好地適應(yīng)多變的平面和縱斷面線路;(5)該研究成果可供采用盾構(gòu)法修建綜合管廊參考。
[Abstract]:Research purpose: underground comprehensive pipe gallery can use underground space efficiently, which is the development direction of city municipal pipeline in the future, but at present, it is mainly constructed by open excavation method. With the increasing application of shield method in tunnel construction, the application of small diameter shield tunneling to the construction of underground integrated pipe corridor is explored to reduce the difficulty of project implementation. There are considerable advantages in reducing comprehensive investment, but it is necessary to study the adaptability of small diameter shield tunnel in segment structure specification, shield machine technical standard and so on according to the characteristics of integrated pipe gallery construction. In order to form a set of shield specification standard suitable for the integrated pipe corridor. Conclusion: 1) it is reasonable and feasible to use the small diameter shield to build the integrated pipe corridor. 2) for the general pipeline and special pipeline, it is economical and reasonable to determine the inner diameter of the small diameter shield machine of the integrated pipe gallery with a diameter of 4 100 mm; (3) based on the engineering geology and surrounding environment of the project, the center-supported spoke earth pressure balance shield machine is determined. 4) adopting shield segment with 300 mm wall thickness and 1 000 mm ring width, which can meet the requirements of bearing capacity and durability, and can better adapt to the changeable plane and longitudinal section lines; 5) the research results can be used as a reference for the construction of integrated pipe gallery by shield method.
