【摘要】：經濟全球化的發(fā)展,加快了各國之間的經濟合作,國際工程承包作為國際經濟合作的重要形式,越來越受到各國的關注,特別是發(fā)展中國家,他們要逐漸實現與國際接軌,必將借助國際工程承包來大力發(fā)展國內經濟。印度尼西亞共和國作為東南亞經濟總量最大的國家,是東盟最大的經濟體,但基礎設施落后的實際,嚴重制約了印尼的經濟發(fā)展,為推進國內經濟的發(fā)展,印尼政府將大力發(fā)展基礎設施建設作為振興經濟的重要手段。自2002年11月正式啟動建立中國-東盟自由貿易區(qū)以來,印尼與中國這一世界第二大經濟體之間的工程承包業(yè)務逐漸增加,一定程度上推進了印尼的經濟發(fā)展,但在合作的過程中同時存在一些嚴峻的問題。因此,本文將研究印尼中資企業(yè)國際工程承包發(fā)展,不僅有利于印尼國家基礎設施建設和工程項目的發(fā)展水平提高,還能夠帶動中國與印尼兩國之間的勞務合作,相關建設設備和材料的進出口貿易,從而推動中國和印尼的經貿合作關系持久良好發(fā)展,提升兩國的國際服務水平和國際影響力。本文的研究將在國際直接投資的相關理論基礎上進行,采用規(guī)范分析法、案例分析法、定性與定量分析法等科學的方法,對收集到的相關文獻、數據等資料加以整合并運用,實現論文的規(guī)范性和科學性。通過研究,本文提出得出促進中資企業(yè)在印尼開展國際工程承包發(fā)展的對策建議,從國家政府層面來說,要加強政府間的協調交流,完善工程承包相關政策、法律法規(guī),加大金融支持力度,加強國際工程承包技術標準的推廣;從企業(yè)層面來說,要積極靈活地利用資金,進行多元化經營,擴大經營范圍,培養(yǎng)國際化高端人才隊伍,強化企業(yè)管理,積極與印尼當地可靠的團體進行合作等。
[Abstract]:The development of economic globalization has accelerated the economic cooperation among countries. As an important form of international economic cooperation, international project contracting has attracted more and more attention of all countries, especially the developing countries. If they want to gradually realize the integration with the world, they will make great efforts to develop the domestic economy with the aid of international project contracting. The Republic of Indonesia, as the largest economy in Southeast Asia, is the largest economy of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN). However, the backward infrastructure seriously restricted the economic development of Indonesia, in order to promote the development of the domestic economy. The Indonesian government has made great efforts to develop infrastructure construction as an important means of revitalizing the economy. Since November 2002, it has formally launched the China-ASEAN Free Trade area. The project contracting business between Indonesia and China, the second largest economy in the world, has gradually increased, to a certain extent, promoting the economic development of Indonesia, but in the process of cooperation, there are some serious problems at the same time. This paper will study the international project contracting development of Chinese enterprises in Indonesia, which is not only conducive to the development of national infrastructure construction and engineering projects in Indonesia, but also can promote the labor cooperation between China and Indonesia. The import and export of related construction equipment and materials will promote the sustained and sound development of economic and trade cooperation between China and Indonesia. Improve the international service level and international influence of the two countries. This study will be carried out on the basis of the relevant theories of international direct investment, using normative analysis, case analysis. Qualitative and quantitative analysis and other scientific methods to collect relevant documents, data and other materials to be integrated and used to achieve the normative and scientific. Through research. This paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of international project contracting in Indonesia by Chinese enterprises. From the national government level, we should strengthen the coordination and exchange between governments, improve the relevant policies, laws and regulations of project contracting. Increasing financial support and strengthening the promotion of international engineering contracting technical standards; From the enterprise level, we should actively and flexibly use funds, carry out diversified management, expand the scope of management, train the international high-end talent team, and strengthen enterprise management. Actively cooperate with reliable local groups in Indonesia.
