【摘要】：隨著項(xiàng)目管理在各行各業(yè)中的廣泛應(yīng)用,圖書出版項(xiàng)目管理已經(jīng)成為我國(guó)出版界新的研究熱點(diǎn)。為了更好的滿足市場(chǎng)需求,突破傳統(tǒng)的出版模式,合理建立出版社內(nèi)部管理新模式是廣大業(yè)內(nèi)專家學(xué)者的關(guān)切。為了使出版社在激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)下生存和發(fā)展,合理管控圖書項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度周期,提高圖書出版效率是有效途徑之一。本文完成的主要工作如下:(1)本文以項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理為理論依據(jù),結(jié)合圖書出版的相關(guān)知識(shí)和實(shí)際情況,提出了將項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理運(yùn)用到圖書出版過程中的具體操作方法和實(shí)施步驟。(2)本文選取了機(jī)械工業(yè)出版社的《熱處理手冊(cè)》一書為具體應(yīng)用圖書項(xiàng)目,將項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理方法和工具應(yīng)用到該書的出版過程中,并在如何縮短項(xiàng)目生產(chǎn)周期,合理利用項(xiàng)目資源等方面進(jìn)行了探討,在保證產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的前提下,提前完成了該項(xiàng)目。(3)通過對(duì)該圖書應(yīng)用項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理方法的實(shí)踐進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),分析該方法在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中的創(chuàng)新性和可操作性,并總結(jié)了項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理在該圖書運(yùn)作中產(chǎn)生的良好效益,為其他相似項(xiàng)目提供了借鑒。本文以構(gòu)建項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理在圖書出版業(yè)的應(yīng)用模式為主要議題,運(yùn)用了案例、數(shù)據(jù)分析、應(yīng)用研究等方法,探討了圖書出版業(yè)引入項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的路徑。通過研究進(jìn)度管理在圖書出版中的應(yīng)用,結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)圖書出版業(yè)的實(shí)際情況,為我國(guó)出版機(jī)構(gòu)保障圖書出版進(jìn)度,提高圖書出版生產(chǎn)效率提供了借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the wide application of project management in various industries, book publishing project management has become a new research hotspot in China. In order to better meet the market demand, break through the traditional publishing model. It is the concern of experts and scholars in the field to reasonably establish a new mode of internal management of publishing houses. In order to make publishers survive and develop under the fierce market competition, the progress cycle of book projects is managed and controlled reasonably. Improving the efficiency of book publishing is one of the effective ways. The main work accomplished in this paper is as follows: 1) based on the theory of project schedule management, combined with the relevant knowledge and actual situation of book publishing. This paper puts forward the concrete operation method and implementation steps of applying project schedule management to the process of book publishing. In this paper, the author selects the book "Heat treatment Manual" of Mechanical Industry Publishing House as the concrete applied book project. The methods and tools of project schedule management are applied to the publication of the book, and how to shorten the production cycle of the project and make rational use of the project resources are discussed in order to ensure the quality of the product. Through the evaluation of the practice of the progress management method of the book application project, this paper analyzes the innovation and maneuverability of the method in practical application. And summarizes the project schedule management in the book operation of the good benefits, for other similar projects to provide reference. The main topic of this paper is to build the project schedule management in the book publishing industry application model as the main topic. By using the methods of case, data analysis and applied research, this paper discusses the path of introducing project schedule management into the book publishing industry, and the application of the research progress management in the book publishing. Combined with the actual situation of domestic book publishing industry, this paper provides a reference for our country's publishing institutions to ensure the progress of book publishing and improve the production efficiency of book publishing.
