【摘要】：我國在70年代開始推行計劃生育政策,受其影響老年人口比例逐漸發(fā)生改變,到了2000年正式邁入老齡社會。近些年來,老齡化趨勢不斷明顯。根據(jù)2017年國家統(tǒng)計局發(fā)表的統(tǒng)計顯示:2016年末,我國60周歲以上的老年人口已經(jīng)超過了2.3億,大約占人口總數(shù)的16.7%;65周歲以上的老年人口超過1.5億,約占人口總數(shù)的10.8%。從近幾年老齡化發(fā)展的趨勢來看我國的養(yǎng)老現(xiàn)狀令人堪憂,因此社會養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)置就顯得尤為重要。然而目前我國社會上的養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)比較欠缺,大多數(shù)養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)是在早期沒有完善的建設(shè)規(guī)范指導(dǎo)下建立的,而且居住條件欠佳及戶外活動設(shè)施陳舊已經(jīng)不能適應(yīng)老年人的各種需求,同時也給他們的日常生活埋下了安全隱患。因此根據(jù)老年人對環(huán)境的需求,對養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)環(huán)境在使用上的問題進(jìn)行合理改造設(shè)計,完善養(yǎng)老設(shè)施建設(shè),實現(xiàn)養(yǎng)老資源的優(yōu)化利用是非常具有實際意義和必要性的。本文首先閱讀整理了老年人的相關(guān)概念、生理、心理及行為特征,總結(jié)出老年人日常生活和社會交往的具體環(huán)境需求。其次,通過分析國內(nèi)外優(yōu)秀養(yǎng)老空間案例,得出一些養(yǎng)老空間環(huán)境設(shè)計的要點。而后對成都市園緣老年公寓的環(huán)境條件和存在問題進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析,綜合老年人的需求和養(yǎng)老空間設(shè)計理論的學(xué)習(xí),得出養(yǎng)老空間環(huán)境改造的一些重點內(nèi)容,并總結(jié)出關(guān)于成都市園緣老年公寓環(huán)境改造設(shè)計的六點原則。最后以養(yǎng)老空間環(huán)境改造重點內(nèi)容和原則為指導(dǎo),充分考慮不同身體狀況老年人的需求,對成都市園緣老年公寓環(huán)境設(shè)計中存在的問題進(jìn)行改造實踐,以滿足老年人多樣化的生活和休閑娛樂需求。
[Abstract]:China began to implement the family planning policy in 70s, the proportion of the elderly population changed gradually by its influence, and in 2000, it formally entered the aging society. In recent years. According to statistics published by the National Bureau of Statistics on 2017, the number of elderly people over 60 years old has exceeded 230 million in end of 2016. About 16.7% of the population; The elderly population over 65 years old is more than 150 million, accounting for 10.8% of the total population. From the trend of aging development in recent years, the current situation of old-age care in China is worrying. Therefore, the establishment of social pension institutions is particularly important. However, at present, the pension institutions in our society are relatively lacking, most of them are not established under the guidance of the early construction norms. Moreover, the poor living conditions and old outdoor facilities can not meet the needs of the elderly, but also to their daily life buried hidden dangers of safety. Therefore, according to the needs of the elderly to the environment. In order to improve the construction of pension facilities, the problems in the use of the environment for the aged should be rationally reformed and designed. It is very important and necessary to realize the optimal utilization of old-age resources. Firstly, this paper reviews the related concepts, physiological, psychological and behavioral characteristics of the elderly. Summed up the elderly daily life and social interaction of the specific environmental needs. Secondly, through the analysis of domestic and foreign outstanding pension space cases. Get some key points in the design of the aged space environment. Then investigate and analyze the environmental conditions and existing problems of the elderly apartment in Chengdu Garden edge, synthesizing the needs of the elderly and the study of the theory of space design for the aged. Get some important contents of the transformation of space environment for the aged, and summarize the six principles of the design of the environmental transformation of the elderly apartment in the edge of Chengdu. Finally, the key content and principle of the transformation of the space environment for the aged is the guide. Taking into account the needs of the elderly with different physical conditions, the problems existing in the design of the environment for the elderly apartment in the garden edge of Chengdu were reformed to meet the diverse needs of the elderly for life and recreation.
