【摘要】：改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),城市迅速發(fā)展,各種尺度、規(guī)模、等級(jí)的城市設(shè)計(jì)活動(dòng)隨著城市規(guī)劃的進(jìn)行如火如茶的展開(kāi)。隨著大城市的發(fā)展,其周邊中小城鎮(zhèn)的建設(shè)也蓬勃開(kāi)展起來(lái),逐步發(fā)展為大城市的衛(wèi)星城,具有特色、區(qū)位資源優(yōu)勢(shì)的重點(diǎn)鎮(zhèn)等。然而這些小城鎮(zhèn)跟隨大城市迅速崛起的粗放型發(fā)展模式下,城市設(shè)計(jì)常常局限于對(duì)城市空間視覺(jué)秩序的塑造,把城市設(shè)計(jì)當(dāng)作一種"生產(chǎn)"工具,忽視了城市設(shè)計(jì)作為一個(gè)為人們創(chuàng)造宜人場(chǎng)所過(guò)程的意義。忽視了對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)地域文化、自然環(huán)境特色的深層探索,導(dǎo)致了小城鎮(zhèn)空間特色的消逝,千城一面等諸多城市問(wèn)題,讓我們現(xiàn)代生活的小城鎮(zhèn)逐漸地淪為了一個(gè)個(gè)缺乏地域特色的空間環(huán)境,場(chǎng)所精神嚴(yán)重缺失,難以創(chuàng)造以人為本的場(chǎng)所。在小城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)中,如何在城市設(shè)計(jì)中凸顯小城鎮(zhèn)的自身優(yōu)勢(shì),體現(xiàn)特色,如何提升其場(chǎng)所的宜人品質(zhì),延續(xù)其地域文化特色,增強(qiáng)吸引力,這些都是小城鎮(zhèn)特色場(chǎng)所營(yíng)造急需關(guān)注的幾個(gè)重要方面,開(kāi)展對(duì)小城鎮(zhèn)公共空間場(chǎng)所的營(yíng)造研究具有積極的意義。本文以張家口地區(qū)小城鎮(zhèn)的公共空間場(chǎng)所營(yíng)造為研究主題,結(jié)合場(chǎng)所營(yíng)造相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)性的研究,結(jié)合張家口地區(qū)小城鎮(zhèn)的實(shí)地調(diào)研和現(xiàn)狀研究,分析總結(jié)該地區(qū)小城鎮(zhèn)場(chǎng)所的特色、存在問(wèn)題和場(chǎng)所營(yíng)造影響因素;同時(shí)結(jié)合張家口地區(qū)的懷安縣和張北縣等的城市設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目實(shí)踐,對(duì)張家口地區(qū)小城鎮(zhèn)公共空間進(jìn)行深入探討,分析、總結(jié)城市設(shè)計(jì)中小城鎮(zhèn)公共空間場(chǎng)所營(yíng)造的相關(guān)策略,以期對(duì)我國(guó)小城鎮(zhèn)城市設(shè)計(jì)的場(chǎng)所營(yíng)造理論提供一些有價(jià)值的參考。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the rapid development of city scale, city scale, city planning level design activities with the fiery start. With the development of city construction, the surrounding small towns also flourished, gradually developed into a big city exurb, characteristics of regional resource superiority of key towns however. The extensive mode of development of these small towns with the rapid rise of the city, city design are usually limited to the shape of the city spatial visual order, the city design as a production tool, ignoring the city design as a place for people to create a pleasant process meaning. The neglect of the urban region deep culture, explore the characteristics of the natural environment, leading to the spatial characteristics of small towns disappeared, thousands of the city side many city problems, let our modern life in small towns gradually reduced to a A lack of regional characteristics of the space environment, places a serious lack of spirit, to create human-oriented places. In the construction of small towns, small towns in the city to highlight in the design of their own advantages, which embodies the characteristics of how to improve the quality of the pleasant places, the continuation of its regional culture characteristics, enhance the attractiveness of these are the characteristics of small towns places to create several important aspects of urgent attention, has positive significance to carry out research on the construction of small towns in public space. This article takes the public space of small towns in Zhangjiakou area of the building as the research subject, based on relevant theories of places to create a systematic investigation and study, combining with the current situation of small towns in Zhangjiakou area, analyzed and summarized place small towns in the region characteristics, existing problems and influencing factors combined with the site construction; Zhangjiakou area Huai county and Zhangbei County etc. Based on the practice of urban design project, the public space of small towns in Zhangjiakou is discussed, and the related strategies of public spaces in urban small towns are summarized.
