【摘要】:對于已建成的鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu),由于建筑功能的改變,建筑物老化等原因?qū)е陆Y(jié)構(gòu)安全性,適用性和耐久性不能滿足要求,結(jié)構(gòu)加固成為提高建筑物可靠性的重要手段。對于截面尺寸受限制的鋼筋混凝土構(gòu)件,外包鋼加固是一種能大幅提高承載力的方法。目前,國內(nèi)外開展了一些有關(guān)外包鋼加固鋼筋混凝土構(gòu)件的力學(xué)性能研究,其抗火性能研究也日益引起重視。由于外包鋼加固鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)屬于二次受力,這使其與未經(jīng)加固的普通結(jié)構(gòu)的受力性能有較大差別,因此在研究外包鋼加固鋼筋混凝土柱抗火性能時需考慮二次受力影響。針對以上情況,本文基于課題研究組進(jìn)行的4根外包角鋼加固鋼筋混凝土柱的抗火性能試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),進(jìn)行了考慮二次受力影響的有限元模擬分析。主要研究工作如下:(1)參考課題組試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)和相關(guān)參考資料,選取合適的材料熱力學(xué)性能和熱工參數(shù)。(2)利用ABAQUS有限元軟件建立了外包鋼加固鋼筋混凝土柱的有限元分析模型,在溫度場分析時,考慮火災(zāi)下保護(hù)層砂漿爆裂和灌漿縫緩熱作用,在熱-力耦合分析時,考慮混凝土-角鋼界面環(huán)氧樹脂膠黏劑高溫失效及汽化,但不考慮混凝土保護(hù)層的力學(xué)貢獻(xiàn)。(3)在不考慮二次受力影響的條件下,取課題組完成的4根試驗(yàn)試件進(jìn)行有限元模擬,將數(shù)值模擬得到的溫度場和柱頂軸向位移曲線和試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行對比,驗(yàn)證模型的合理性。(4)在驗(yàn)證模型的基礎(chǔ)上,通過殺死激活單元和單元追蹤來模擬二次受力的影響,通過加固前后荷載分配比n來表示第一次受力和第二次受力的分配情況,分析不同n值對外包鋼加固RC柱變形和耐火極限的影響。(5)分析不同荷載比、偏心率、配筋率和角鋼尺寸對二次受力下外包鋼加固鋼筋混凝土柱抗火性能的影響,重點(diǎn)考察了參數(shù)的變化對一次受力與二次受力耐火極限影響的區(qū)別,參考設(shè)計(jì)與工程實(shí)際,總結(jié)二次受力對外包鋼加固鋼筋混凝土柱抗火性能的不利影響,并提出有關(guān)抗火設(shè)計(jì)建議。
[Abstract]:For the reinforced concrete structure has been built, due to the building function change, building aging and other causes of structural safety, applicability and durability can not meet the requirements, become an important means to improve the reliability of the building structure reinforcement for reinforced concrete member section size restrictions, strengthened is a kind of method can greatly improve the bearing force. At present, domestic and foreign research on mechanical properties of some steel reinforced concrete member, the fire resistance research is increasingly paid attention to. Because the strengthened reinforced concrete structure is two times of stress, which makes it with the mechanical properties of ordinary structural reinforcement has great difference therefore, in the study of strengthened two impact force needs to consider the fire resistance of reinforced concrete columns. In view of the above situation, the 4 research groups based on Outsourcing Anti fire performance test data of reinforced concrete columns strengthened with angle steel, the finite element analysis of two stress impacts. The main work is as follows: (1) the reference group of test data and relevant reference materials, selection of thermodynamic properties and thermal parameters of the right. (2) a finite element of steel encased reinforced the analysis model of reinforced concrete columns using ABAQUS finite element software, the analysis of temperature field, thermal effect of corrosion seam mortar and grouting considering fire protection burst, the coupled thermal mechanical analysis, considering the concrete - steel interface epoxy glue adhesive failure in high temperature and evaporation, but do not consider the mechanics of concrete protective layer contribution. (3) without considering the influence of the two conditions, 4 test research group completed specimens are simulated by finite element numerical simulation of temperature field and the axial displacement curve and test data By contrast, verify the rationality of the model. (4) based on the model, by killing activation element and tracing to simulate the influence of the two force, the load distribution before and after reinforcement ratio n to represent the first time by the distribution of force and the second force, analysis the influence of different N value of foreign steel reinforcement the RC column deformation and fire resistance. (5) analysis of different load ratio, eccentricity ratio, reinforcement ratio and angle size of two times of stress under the effect of strengthened fire resistance of reinforced concrete columns, the changes were investigated on the parameters of a difference by force and the two force fireresistance effect design and engineering practice, summed up, strengthened with encased steel adversely affect fire resistance of reinforced concrete columns two times of stress, and puts forward relevant suggestions.
