【摘要】：黨的十八大報(bào)告就提出要建設(shè)“生態(tài)文明,建立美麗中國”,美麗鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)是實(shí)現(xiàn)美麗中國不可缺少的組成部分,而美麗鄉(xiāng)村的規(guī)劃是美麗鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)最重要的內(nèi)容,美麗鄉(xiāng)村的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)鄉(xiāng)村的生態(tài)環(huán)境、整體布局、交通改建、文化內(nèi)涵、旅游發(fā)展、景觀特色等都起著決定性的作用。目前我國在美麗鄉(xiāng)村規(guī)劃上已經(jīng)有了很明顯的成效,非常成功的案例有安吉等。但是在整體美麗鄉(xiāng)村的實(shí)踐和理論研究上,還都有很多的不足,好的村莊規(guī)劃不是建造出來的,而是設(shè)計(jì)出來的,規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量關(guān)系著整個(gè)美麗鄉(xiāng)村各個(gè)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量的方方面面。首先,本文以現(xiàn)代質(zhì)量控制管理作為理論依據(jù),嘗試將質(zhì)量管理應(yīng)用到美麗鄉(xiāng)村的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)中,對(duì)規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)的全過程進(jìn)行了梳理和分析,找出了規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)中進(jìn)行質(zhì)量管理的關(guān)鍵階段,分別為方案設(shè)計(jì),初步設(shè)計(jì)和施工圖設(shè)計(jì),并結(jié)合質(zhì)量控制管理方法,有針對(duì)性的對(duì)每個(gè)階段分別進(jìn)行質(zhì)量控制管理。其次,在五云山美麗鄉(xiāng)村的項(xiàng)目中,全面解析了五云山的鄉(xiāng)村環(huán)境,包括交通環(huán)境,人文環(huán)境和生態(tài)環(huán)境等。找出五云山美麗鄉(xiāng)村規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)的難點(diǎn)和側(cè)重點(diǎn),同時(shí)借鑒我國其他自然村落美麗鄉(xiāng)村改造遇到的問題和現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合五云山美麗鄉(xiāng)村規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)現(xiàn)階段的具體情況找出了五云山規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量控制的關(guān)鍵問題點(diǎn),為后面進(jìn)行質(zhì)量控制管理方面做準(zhǔn)備。最后,把質(zhì)量控制管理方案實(shí)際運(yùn)用到五云山美麗鄉(xiāng)村的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)中去。在方案設(shè)計(jì)階段運(yùn)用QFD質(zhì)量展開法找到當(dāng)?shù)卮迕窈椭苓呄M(fèi)人群關(guān)鍵需求點(diǎn)和平衡點(diǎn)以此來確立項(xiàng)目方案。在初步設(shè)計(jì)中運(yùn)用因果圖分析法,有效的避免由于異常因素而導(dǎo)致的設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量問題。在施工圖設(shè)計(jì)階段則利用過程質(zhì)量控制方法,首次嘗試將過程方法中的輸入要素進(jìn)行檢查,找到輸出中出現(xiàn)的質(zhì)量問題,從而把握住質(zhì)量控制的關(guān)鍵點(diǎn),以此來提高設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量。本文的特色是把質(zhì)量控制理論運(yùn)用到五云山美麗鄉(xiāng)村的實(shí)際規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目中,得到的研究結(jié)果和實(shí)踐過程可以為設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)劃的質(zhì)量控制提供一些經(jīng)驗(yàn)和參考價(jià)值,把質(zhì)量功能展開法,因果圖分析法,過程質(zhì)量控制方法運(yùn)用到全過程質(zhì)量控制體系中,在規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)全過程的質(zhì)量控制管理方面也提供了理論支撐和技術(shù)支持。
[Abstract]:The report of the 18 National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed the construction of "ecological civilization, the establishment of beautiful China", and the construction of beautiful villages is an indispensable part of the realization of beautiful China. The planning of beautiful villages is the most important content of the construction of beautiful villages. The planning and design of beautiful villages has great influence on the ecological environment, overall layout, traffic reconstruction, cultural connotation and tourism development. Landscape characteristics play a decisive role. At present, there have been obvious results in the planning of beautiful villages in our country, and the very successful cases are Anji et al. but in the practice and theoretical research of the whole beautiful villages. There are also many shortcomings, good village planning is not built out, but designed out, planning and design quality is related to the quality of all aspects of the whole beautiful rural projects. First of all. Based on the theory of modern quality control management, this paper attempts to apply quality management to the planning and design of beautiful villages, and analyzes the whole process of planning and design. The key stages of quality management in planning and design are found out, which are scheme design, preliminary design and construction drawing design, and combined with quality control management method. Targeted to each stage of quality control management. Secondly, in the Wuyun Mountain beautiful village project, the overall analysis of the Wuyun Mountain rural environment, including the traffic environment. Humanistic environment and ecological environment. To find out the difficulties and key points of planning and design of beautiful villages in Wuyun Mountain, and at the same time to learn from the problems and current situation encountered in the transformation of beautiful villages in other natural villages in China. Combined with the Wuyun Mountain beautiful village planning and design at the present stage of the specific situation to find out the key points of quality control planning and design of Wuyun Mountain to prepare for the following aspects of quality control management. Finally. The quality control management scheme is applied to the planning and design of the beautiful village in Wuyun Mountain. The key demand point and balance point of the local villagers and the surrounding consumers are found by using the QFD quality expansion method in the design stage of the project. To establish the project scheme. Use causality analysis in the preliminary design. The design quality problem caused by abnormal factors can be avoided effectively. In the stage of construction drawing design process quality control method is used to check the input elements of the process method for the first time. Find out the quality problems in the output, so as to grasp the key points of quality control. In order to improve the design quality, the characteristics of this paper is to apply the quality control theory to the actual planning and design project of Wuyun Mountain beautiful village. The results and the practical process can provide some experience and reference value for the quality control of design planning. The method of process quality control is applied to the whole process quality control system, and it also provides theoretical and technical support for the quality control management of the whole process of planning and design.
