【摘要】：隨著國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)速度加快,人們的生活水平得到了明顯的提升,對(duì)居住環(huán)境,文化思想,生活水平的在認(rèn)識(shí)也逐漸提上了日程,打破以往單一的室內(nèi)功能設(shè)計(jì),在室內(nèi)環(huán)境中應(yīng)用合理的布局安排,多樣的表現(xiàn)形式和豐厚的文化內(nèi)涵已成為不可阻擋的時(shí)代熱潮,蔓延開來。因此,不同文化屬性的室內(nèi)空間都將成為人們重新審視空間感受和文化內(nèi)涵的場(chǎng)所,其在室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)中維持本土餐飲文化的同時(shí)更應(yīng)該體現(xiàn)其包容性,具有明顯的時(shí)代特征是值得我們深入探討的。本文首先從新地方主義的的起源與發(fā)展的過程進(jìn)行研究,分析了新地方主義餐飲空間設(shè)計(jì)是通過解讀地方歷史文脈、挖掘地方文化的內(nèi)核和外緣以及對(duì)與地區(qū)和民族文化相關(guān)內(nèi)容資料的調(diào)查、歸納與整合來表明新地方主義餐飲空間設(shè)計(jì)的研究途徑。闡述了新地方主義的重塑、開拓和解構(gòu)傳統(tǒng)地方特征的風(fēng)格取向。然后,通過實(shí)地調(diào)研和資料的收集,闡述了延邊地區(qū)的自然環(huán)境概況以及朝鮮族傳統(tǒng)文化特征,重點(diǎn)介紹了延邊朝鮮族的飲食文化特征。并分析了延邊朝鮮族餐飲空間設(shè)計(jì)的現(xiàn)狀及存在問題。本文立足于現(xiàn)代民族傳統(tǒng)餐飲空間設(shè)計(jì)的視角,結(jié)合新地方主義的設(shè)計(jì)理論,對(duì)延邊朝鮮地區(qū)的民族特征進(jìn)行梳理和研究�？偨Y(jié)出延邊朝鮮族餐飲空間設(shè)計(jì)原則,并從民族文化特征中提煉出具有代表性的民族元素,包括民居、服飾、色彩、圖案。通過抽象、替換、位移、重復(fù)和夸張的手法對(duì)這些元素符號(hào)進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)化。其次,從餐飲空間設(shè)計(jì)的空間布局、陳設(shè)、材料的選擇、色彩以及光影的運(yùn)用方面,提出新地方主義視野下延邊朝鮮族地方文化元素在餐飲空間設(shè)計(jì)中的應(yīng)用策略,最后通過設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐,整體展現(xiàn)具體的朝鮮族特色餐飲空間設(shè)計(jì)的效果。全文從新地方主義設(shè)計(jì)理念的提出著手,圍繞此理念以及延邊朝鮮族民族特征具體說明了朝鮮族傳統(tǒng)文化融入到新地方主義餐飲空間的可行性和操作方法,循序漸進(jìn)的完成了對(duì)新地方主義視野下延邊朝鮮族餐飲空間的設(shè)計(jì)研究。在最后簡(jiǎn)單地探討了今后新地方主義在延邊朝鮮族餐飲空間應(yīng)用中的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)和發(fā)展的方向。
[Abstract]:Along with the economic growth speed, people's living standard has been significantly improved, the living environment, culture, life level in knowledge is gradually put on the agenda, breaking the previous single indoor function design, reasonable application in indoor environment layout arrangement, diverse forms and rich cultural connotation has become the irresistible tide of the times, spread. Therefore, different cultural attributes of the indoor space will become the people to re-examine the feeling of space and cultural connotation of the places in the interior design to maintain local food culture at the same time should reflect its inclusive, with obvious characteristics of the times is worthy of discussing in this paper. The first study from the process of the origin and development of new regionalism in the analysis of the new regionalism dining space design is through the interpretation of local history, mining The cultural core and the outer edge and the investigation on related with regional and national cultural content, induction and integration to show that the approach of new regionalism in the dining space design. The paper discusses the remodeling of new regionalism, pioneering and deconstrutive style orientation of traditional local characteristics. Then, through on-site investigation and data collection, expounds the general situation of Yanbian area natural environment and traditional Korean culture, focuses on the Korean food culture characteristics of Yanbian. And analyzes the present situation of Yanbian Korean nationality dining space design and the existing problems. Based on the traditional national catering space of modern design perspective, combined with the design theory of new regionalism, the research and study of the national characteristics of the Yanbian region of North Korea. Summed up the Yanbian Korean restaurant space design principles, and refines the representative of the people from the national cultural characteristics Group elements, including houses, clothing, color, pattern. By abstraction, substitution, displacement, repetition and exaggeration of these symbols were transformed. Secondly, furnishings from the space layout, dining space design, material selection, color and use of lighting, an application strategy of local cultural elements of Korean new place from the perspective of Yanbian in the dining space design, finally through the design practice, the whole show specific characteristics of Korean dining space design. The full text from the new regionalism design concept to around this idea as well as the Yanbian Korean national characteristics explain into Korean traditional culture to the feasibility and method of operation of the new local dining space, step by step to complete the design of the new local view of Yanbian Korean restaurant space. In the end simply discussed in the future The development trend and direction of the new regionalism in the application of the Korean food and beverage space in Yanbian.
