【摘要】:歷史建筑具有一定的科學價值、歷史價值、文化價值與藝術價值,而如今越來越多的歷史建筑遭到破壞,如何為歷史建筑進行保護提供永久性的資料,已成為如今急需解決的一大難題。另一方面,建筑信息模型指導施工,可以提升項目生產效率、縮短工期、降低建造成本、提高建筑質量,但是如何對BIM技術指導建筑施工的質量進行檢測,是如今建筑領域的又一難題。傳統(tǒng)的測量技術很難解決建筑領域這兩個難題,三維激光掃描技術以其非接觸性,可以快速全面地獲取建筑物表面點的三維坐標,可以將建筑物信息以點云記錄下來,為歷史建筑的保護、修復、重建與BIM技術指導建筑施工質量檢測提供了技術支持,為解決這兩大難題打下了基礎。本文采用三維激光掃描儀對合肥工業(yè)大學主教學樓這一歷史建筑進行了數(shù)據(jù)采集,獲取了主教學樓的整體點云,并基于點云繪制建筑立面圖、進行墻面平整度檢測與三維建模,也制作了主教學樓的點云漫游、全景虛擬展示與三維模型虛擬漫游,進行數(shù)字化存檔,為之后的保護提供了永久性資料;還對上海迪士尼BIM施工現(xiàn)場進行了掃描,將點云與建筑信息模型進行了對比,以豐富的對比成果對BIM技術指導建筑施工質量檢測進行了研究。
[Abstract]:Historical buildings have a certain scientific value, historical value, cultural value and artistic value, but now more and more historical buildings have been destroyed, how to provide permanent information for the protection of historical buildings. On the other hand, the construction information model can improve the production efficiency, shorten the construction period, reduce the construction cost and improve the construction quality. However, how to test the quality of building construction guided by BIM technology is another difficult problem in the field of architecture nowadays. The traditional measurement technology is difficult to solve these two difficult problems in the field of construction. Because of its non-contact nature, 3D laser scanning technology can quickly and comprehensively obtain 3D coordinates of building surface points, and can record building information by point cloud for the protection and restoration of historical buildings. Reconstruction and BIM technology provide technical support for construction quality inspection. In order to solve these two problems laid a foundation. In this paper, the 3D laser scanner is used to collect the data of the historical building of Hefei University of Technology, and the whole point cloud of the main teaching building is obtained. And based on the point cloud to draw the building elevation map, wall flatness detection and three-dimensional modeling, also made the main teaching building point cloud roaming, panoramic virtual display and 3D model virtual roaming, digital archiving. Permanent information is provided for subsequent protection; The construction site of Shanghai Disney BIM is scanned, and the point cloud is compared with the building information model, and the construction quality test guided by BIM technology is studied with abundant comparative results.
