【摘要】：城市洪災(zāi)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評價(jià)是城市制定防洪減災(zāi)措施的重要依據(jù),為了克服現(xiàn)有評價(jià)模型的局限性,從災(zāi)害學(xué)的角度考慮,從致災(zāi)、孕災(zāi)、承災(zāi)和減災(zāi)4個(gè)方面建立了城市洪災(zāi)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并采用改進(jìn)物元可拓模型進(jìn)行分析評價(jià)。該模型在一般的物元可拓模型的基礎(chǔ)上作出兩點(diǎn)改進(jìn):其一,用貼近度代替關(guān)聯(lián)度進(jìn)行等級評定;其二,采用變權(quán)法確定指標(biāo)權(quán)重。以麗水市為例進(jìn)行洪災(zāi)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評價(jià),評價(jià)結(jié)果為Ⅳ級(較危險(xiǎn)),與麗水市實(shí)際洪災(zāi)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)情況基本相符。
