【摘要】：利用自主研發(fā)的文丘里式水力空化反應(yīng)裝置,選取大腸桿菌為病原微生物的指示菌,對大腸桿菌水樣進行滅菌處理.使用瓊脂平板計數(shù)法檢測大腸桿菌的殺滅率,同時利用生物顯微鏡觀察大腸桿菌在空化空蝕作用前后的形態(tài)變化.分析了文丘里管喉部長徑比、初始濃度、喉部流速、運行時間、水流空化數(shù)對大腸桿菌殺滅率的影響.實驗結(jié)果表明:喉部長徑比L/R=60時,大腸桿菌的殺滅效果最好;降低空化數(shù)、增加喉部流速、延長運行時間、選取合適的大腸桿菌初始濃度均有利于提高大腸桿菌的殺滅率.
[Abstract]:Using the Venturi hydraulic cavitation reaction device developed by ourselves, Escherichia coli was selected as the indicator of pathogenic microorganisms. The bactericidal rate of Escherichia coli was detected by Agar plate counting method. At the same time, the morphological changes of Escherichia coli before and after cavitation were observed by biomicroscopy. The aspect ratio, initial concentration, throat velocity and running time of Venturi tube were analyzed. The effect of cavitation number of water flow on the killing rate of Escherichia coli was studied. The results showed that the best killing effect of Escherichia coli was obtained when the ratio of length to diameter of larynx was L / R ~ (60). Decreasing cavitation number, increasing throat velocity, prolonging operation time and choosing appropriate initial concentration of E. coli are all helpful to increase the killing rate of E. coli.
