長細(xì)比對CFRP加固型鋼混凝土柱軸壓性能的影響

【摘要】:基于對現(xiàn)存的試驗(yàn)研究分析,本文通過試驗(yàn)研究、有限元模擬及理論分析研究了不同長細(xì)比下碳纖維(Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer,簡稱CFRP)布約束型鋼混凝土矩形短柱的軸心受壓性能。試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)并制作了1個長細(xì)比為3.2的對比試件和5個長細(xì)比從2.4~5.6的試件,并進(jìn)行了軸心加載試驗(yàn),通過試驗(yàn)認(rèn)識了長細(xì)比對加固后短柱的破壞過程和最終形態(tài)以及與約束柱軸壓承載力的關(guān)系。試驗(yàn)中所有的約束柱最終破壞都以碳纖維布斷裂為標(biāo)志。隨著長細(xì)比的增大,約束柱的峰值荷載呈減小趨勢。為了進(jìn)一步研究長細(xì)比較大時柱軸壓性能,采用ABAQUS軟件建立了不同長細(xì)比的18個未加固型鋼混凝土柱和18個CFRP加固的型鋼混凝土柱,長細(xì)比范圍為2.4~32。分析了柱整體破壞形態(tài)變化和CFRP布條帶應(yīng)變分布,確定了加固后的型鋼混凝土柱界限長細(xì)比為19.2。最后參考已有模型研究,引入穩(wěn)定系數(shù),在對現(xiàn)有的公式進(jìn)行適當(dāng)?shù)男拚?確定關(guān)于柱承載力的計(jì)算公式。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the existing experimental research, this paper through the experimental research. Finite element simulation and theoretical analysis have been performed to study carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer with different aspect ratios. The axial compression behavior of steel reinforced concrete rectangular short columns confined by CFRP is studied. A contrast specimen with a aspect ratio of 3.2 and five specimens with a aspect ratio of 2.45.6are designed and fabricated. The axial loading test was carried out. Through experiments, the failure process and final form of short columns strengthened by aspect ratio and their relationship with axial compressive capacity of confined columns are recognized. The ultimate failure of all confined columns in the test is marked by the fracture of carbon fiber sheets. With the length of the columns, the ultimate failure of confined columns is marked by the fracture of carbon fiber sheets. The increase of the ratio. The peak load of confined columns is decreasing. In order to further study the axial compression behavior of columns with large length and fineness ratio. Eighteen unreinforced steel reinforced concrete columns with different aspect ratios and 18 steel reinforced concrete columns strengthened with CFRP were established by using ABAQUS software. The slenderness ratio ranges from 2.4 to 32. The variation of the failure pattern of the column and the strain distribution of the CFRP strip are analyzed. Determined the reinforced SRC column limit aspect ratio is 19.2. Finally, referring to the existing model research, introducing the stability coefficient, the existing formula is modified appropriately. The formula for calculating the bearing capacity of columns is determined.
