【摘要】：近年來,物聯(lián)網(wǎng)得到了飛速發(fā)展并逐漸應(yīng)用到各個行業(yè)。電梯作為人們?nèi)粘Ｉ钪械闹匾M成部分,物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的應(yīng)用也逐漸向其拓展。在電梯物聯(lián)網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)中,一個重要的核心部件是物聯(lián)網(wǎng)網(wǎng)關(guān),其扮演著云平臺與電梯管理機構(gòu)、維保機構(gòu)、調(diào)試人員以及乘客之間交互的中間媒介的角色。電梯物聯(lián)網(wǎng)網(wǎng)關(guān)的性能優(yōu)劣直接關(guān)系到整個電梯物聯(lián)網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)運行狀況。本文對電梯物聯(lián)網(wǎng)中的關(guān)鍵元素——網(wǎng)關(guān)進行了全新設(shè)計,使得網(wǎng)關(guān)真正做到智能化、模塊化并且操作簡易化。本文首先從智慧城市的宏觀層面講述了智能化的大背景,對智慧城市的重要組成部分——電梯物聯(lián)網(wǎng)進行了現(xiàn)狀現(xiàn)狀分析。針對電梯物聯(lián)網(wǎng)中的關(guān)鍵部件——網(wǎng)關(guān)存在的諸多問題進行了分析,根據(jù)分析中總結(jié)出的相關(guān)問題,提出了本課題的研究內(nèi)容和目標(biāo)。其次對電梯物聯(lián)網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)與網(wǎng)關(guān)的基本功能進行了分析。對于電梯物聯(lián)網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)從基本理念到系統(tǒng)中的各個網(wǎng)絡(luò)層進行了宏觀闡述。對于網(wǎng)關(guān)的基本功能,首先對傳統(tǒng)的物聯(lián)網(wǎng)網(wǎng)關(guān)的系統(tǒng)組成與數(shù)據(jù)鏈路進行了分析并提出了傳統(tǒng)方案中存在的問題。針對存在的問題,提出了本文的設(shè)計思路。再者對本文的設(shè)計重點分布式黑匣子進行了全面設(shè)計。從分布式冗余設(shè)計和黑匣子模塊化設(shè)計兩個層面對分布式黑匣子進行了細化分析。對分布式網(wǎng)關(guān)冗余設(shè)計的諸如拓撲結(jié)構(gòu)、數(shù)據(jù)鏈路、失效與恢復(fù)、故障切換機制進行了針對性分析。對于分布式黑匣子,結(jié)合現(xiàn)場應(yīng)用情況,設(shè)計了黑匣子模塊化設(shè)計的三個有效方案,并分析了三種設(shè)計方案的優(yōu)缺點。隨后對電梯物聯(lián)網(wǎng)智能網(wǎng)關(guān)的硬件和軟件部分分別進行了詳細分析。其中硬件部分給出了關(guān)鍵部分的設(shè)計電路與分析,軟件部分主要針對分布式設(shè)計和黑匣子的自動識別與通訊建立進行了分析設(shè)計。最后對本文設(shè)計的電梯物聯(lián)網(wǎng)智能網(wǎng)關(guān)進行了測試與現(xiàn)場應(yīng)用分析,從工程角度分析了該設(shè)備的測試過程與應(yīng)用情況。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the Internet of things has been rapidly developed and gradually applied to various industries. As an important part of people's daily life, the application of the Internet of things has been gradually expanded. In the elevator Internet of things system. An important core component is the Internet of things gateway, which acts as the cloud platform and elevator management organization, maintenance and conservation agencies. The performance of the elevator Internet of things gateway is directly related to the operation of the whole elevator Internet of things system. The key element in the elevator Internet of things Gateway is discussed in this paper. With a completely new design. Make the gateway truly intelligent, modular and easy to operate. Firstly, this paper describes the big background of intelligence from the macro level of the intelligent city. The status quo of elevator Internet of things, an important part of intelligent city, is analyzed, and many problems existing in gateway, a key component of elevator Internet of things, are analyzed. According to the analysis summarized in the relevant issues. The research contents and objectives of this subject are put forward. Secondly, the basic functions of elevator Internet of things system and gateway are analyzed. Basic functionality for gateways. Firstly, the system composition and data link of the traditional Internet of things gateway are analyzed, and the problems in the traditional scheme are put forward. The design idea of this paper is put forward, and the overall design of the distributed black box is given. The detailed analysis of the distributed black box is made from the two aspects of distributed redundancy design and modular design of the black box. For distributed gateway redundancy design such as topology. Data link, failure and recovery, fault switching mechanism are analyzed. For distributed black box, combined with field application, three effective schemes of modular design of black box are designed. The advantages and disadvantages of the three design schemes are analyzed. Then the hardware and software of the intelligent gateway of the elevator Internet of things are analyzed in detail. The hardware part gives the design circuit and analysis of the key part. In the software part, the distributed design and the automatic identification and communication of the black box are analyzed and designed. Finally, the intelligent gateway of elevator Internet of things designed in this paper is tested and applied in the field. The testing process and application of the equipment are analyzed from the point of view of engineering.
