【摘要】：歷史分期是新中國城市規(guī)劃歷史研究的基本方法和必要手段。由于城市規(guī)劃發(fā)展的獨(dú)特性,其歷史分期工作存在認(rèn)識和實(shí)踐上的諸多困難。在相關(guān)研究綜述的基礎(chǔ)上,圍繞歷史分期指導(dǎo)思想、歷史分期依據(jù)(標(biāo)準(zhǔn))、分期標(biāo)志的選擇、歷史分期(階段)的劃分?jǐn)?shù)量、"過渡"階段的歸屬等若干問題,深入討論了新中國城市規(guī)劃發(fā)展歷史分期的基本思路、原則和方法。進(jìn)而結(jié)合城市規(guī)劃發(fā)展事件的詳實(shí)史料,提出"二、六、十一"的歷史分期方案,即在宏觀、中觀和微觀層次上分別劃分為2個(gè)歷史時(shí)期、6個(gè)發(fā)展階段及11個(gè)再細(xì)分的亞階段。在具體表述上,主張以中觀層次的6個(gè)發(fā)展階段作為歷史分期的主體形式,即新中國城市規(guī)劃的初創(chuàng)期(1949-1957年)、城市規(guī)劃發(fā)展的動蕩期(1958-1965年)、城市規(guī)劃發(fā)展的停滯期(1966-1977年)、城市規(guī)劃發(fā)展的恢復(fù)期(1978-1989年)、城市規(guī)劃發(fā)展的建構(gòu)期(1990-2007年)、城市規(guī)劃發(fā)展的轉(zhuǎn)型期(2008年至今)。
[Abstract]:Historical staging is the basic method and necessary means in the study of urban planning history in New China, due to the uniqueness of urban planning development. On the basis of the summary of relevant studies, the paper focuses on the guiding ideology of historical staging and the selection of historical staging basis (standards and marks of stages). Some problems such as the number of historical stages and the attribution of "transition" stage are discussed, and the basic ideas of historical staging of urban planning and development in New China are discussed in depth. Principles and methods. Then combining with the detailed historical data of urban planning and development events, this paper puts forward the historical stages of "second, sixth and eleventh", which are divided into two historical periods at the macro, meso and micro levels respectively. Six stages of development and 11 sub-stages of subdivision. In terms of concrete expression, it is advocated to take the six stages of development at the middle level as the main form of historical stages. That is, the initial period of urban planning in New China was 1949-1957, and the turbulent period of urban planning development was 1958-1965. The stagnation period of urban planning development is 1966-1977, the recovery period of urban planning development is 1978-1989, the construction period of urban planning development is 1990-2007). Transition period of Urban Planning and Development (2008 to present).
