【摘要】：正金黃色葡萄球菌(金葡菌)是引起醫(yī)院感染最為常見的革蘭陽性球菌,早在100多年前,人們就已經(jīng)開始了對它的研究;目前,該菌所導(dǎo)致的感染仍有很高的病死率。1961年JEVONS等在英國首次發(fā)現(xiàn)了耐甲氧西林金葡菌(MRSA),隨著抗生素的廣泛應(yīng)用,甚至濫用,世界各地MRSA的檢出率有快速增長趨勢,其在醫(yī)院感染比例也逐漸上升。MRSA具有多重耐藥,其所致感染有較高的致死率,成為當(dāng)今感染醫(yī)學(xué)面臨的一大難題。人
[Abstract]:Staphylococcus aureus (Staphylococcus aureus) is the most common Gram-positive cocci causing hospital infection. As early as more than 100 years ago, people began to study it. At present, the infection caused by MRSA still has a high fatality rate. In 1961, JEVONS et al. first discovered that Staphylococcus aureus resistant to methoxysilin. with the wide use and even abuse of antibiotics, the detection rate of MRSA in the world has a rapid growth trend, and the proportion of MRSA in hospital infection is also gradually increasing.
