【摘要】：目的探討分析助產(chǎn)士全程陪伴分娩的臨床研究。方法選擇我院收治的產(chǎn)婦80例,隨機(jī)分為觀察組和對(duì)照組。對(duì)照組給予常規(guī)分娩服務(wù),觀察組在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上給予助產(chǎn)士全程陪伴的服務(wù),對(duì)比兩組的分娩效果。結(jié)果觀察組刨宮產(chǎn)率較對(duì)照組高,且產(chǎn)程時(shí)間較對(duì)照組短,對(duì)照組的產(chǎn)后胎兒宮內(nèi)窘迫率和新生兒窒息率均高于觀察組,觀察組的分娩效果明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。結(jié)論助產(chǎn)士全程陪伴分娩能夠減少孕婦的痛苦,提高自然分娩,同時(shí)在一定程度上減少分娩并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生,保證嬰兒健康分娩,有助于孕婦成功分娩,可在臨床中進(jìn)行推廣運(yùn)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore and analyze the clinical study of midwifery accompanied delivery. Methods 80 parturients in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given routine delivery service, and the observation group was given midwife service on the basis of the control group, and the delivery effect of the two groups was compared. Results the rate of uterine planing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the delivery time was shorter than that in the control group. The rate of postpartum fetal distress and neonatal asphyxia in the control group were higher than those in the observation group. The delivery effect of the observation group was obviously better than that of the control group. Conclusion Midwife accompanying delivery can reduce the pain of pregnant women, improve the natural delivery, reduce the occurrence of delivery complications to a certain extent, ensure the healthy delivery of infants, contribute to the successful delivery of pregnant women, and can be popularized and applied in clinic.
