【摘要】：目的探討聚焦解決模式在晚期血吸蟲(chóng)病患者護(hù)理中的效果。方法選擇2013年1月至2014年12月于益陽(yáng)市劉家湖血防院住院的53例晚期血吸蟲(chóng)病患者,隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和干預(yù)組,對(duì)照組患者接受常規(guī)的護(hù)理指導(dǎo),干預(yù)組在常規(guī)護(hù)理指導(dǎo)的基礎(chǔ)上應(yīng)用聚焦解決模式護(hù)理干預(yù)措施。出院時(shí)對(duì)兩組患者的護(hù)理效果進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果干預(yù)組患者的自我護(hù)理技巧、遵醫(yī)行為和病人滿意度均明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(x~2=3.78、2.87、4.09,P均0.05),上消化道出血并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率低于對(duì)照組(x~2=4.894,P0.05);干預(yù)組平均住院天數(shù)少于對(duì)照組(t=4.17,P0.05)。結(jié)論聚焦解決模式在晚期血吸蟲(chóng)病患者護(hù)理中是有效的。以此模式為依據(jù)的護(hù)理干預(yù)策略可以增強(qiáng)晚期血吸蟲(chóng)病患者治愈疾病的自信心,明顯改善醫(yī)患關(guān)系,減少并發(fā)癥和住院時(shí)間,提高生活質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of focused solution in nursing care of patients with advanced schistosomiasis. Methods from January 2013 to December 2014, 53 patients with advanced schistosomiasis were randomly divided into control group and intervention group. The patients in the control group received routine nursing guidance, and the intervention group was treated with focused mode nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing guidance. The nursing effect of the two groups was evaluated at discharge.
