降鈣素原在區(qū)分血培養(yǎng)陽性主要致病菌中的意義

【摘要】:目的探討降鈣素原(PCT)區(qū)分ICU病房血培養(yǎng)陽性患者主要致病菌的意義。方法收集血培養(yǎng)陽性(單一菌)患者113例作為研究對象,檢測其血清PCT水平,并分析革蘭陰性(G~-)菌、革蘭陽性(G~+)菌和真菌與PCT水平的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果 113例血培養(yǎng)陽性標(biāo)本中,G~-菌69例(61.06%)、G~+菌36例(31.86%)、真菌8例(7.08%)。G~-菌、G~+菌及真菌感染患者血清PCT分組情況差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(χ~2=33.534,P0.01)。G~-菌、G~+菌及真菌感染患者血清PCT檢測陽性率差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(χ~2=22.157,P0.01)。在G~-桿菌中,大腸埃希菌PCT值中位數(shù)高于鮑曼不動桿菌;在G~+菌中,31.25%凝固酶陰性葡萄球菌PCT值為陰性。結(jié)論 ICU病房血培養(yǎng)陽性以G~-桿菌為主,PCT值用于區(qū)分不同病原菌感染有一定意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the significance of procalcitonin (PCT) in distinguishing the main pathogenic bacteria in patients with positive blood culture in ICU ward. Methods the serum PCT levels of 113 patients with positive blood culture (single bacteria) were measured, and the correlation between Gram-negative bacteria, Gram-positive bacteria and fungi and PCT levels was analyzed.
