【摘要】：目的調(diào)查北京市三級(jí)綜合醫(yī)院病房護(hù)士對(duì)血源性職業(yè)暴露相關(guān)的醫(yī)院安全氛圍感知現(xiàn)狀,分析其影響因素,為營(yíng)造良好的醫(yī)院安全氛圍,減少血源性職業(yè)暴露的發(fā)生提供參考。方法對(duì)北京市8所三級(jí)綜合醫(yī)院1 012名病房護(hù)士,使用美國(guó)Dr Gershon醫(yī)院安全氛圍量表進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果護(hù)士對(duì)醫(yī)院安全氛圍感知總分為(3.91±0.53)分,處于中等水平;工作年限、職稱、用工性質(zhì)是影響護(hù)士對(duì)醫(yī)院安全氛圍感知的因素(P0.05)。結(jié)論管理者應(yīng)針對(duì)護(hù)士的不同特征進(jìn)行干預(yù),以營(yíng)造良好的醫(yī)院安全氛圍,減少血源性職業(yè)暴露的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the current situation of nurses' perception of hospital safety atmosphere related to blood-derived occupational exposure in Beijing tertiary general hospital, and to analyze its influencing factors, so as to provide reference for creating a good hospital safety atmosphere and reducing the occurrence of blood-derived occupational exposure. Methods A total of 1012 nurses from 8 grade III general hospitals in Beijing were investigated with Dr Gershon Hospital Safety atmosphere scale. Results the total score of nurses' perception of hospital safety atmosphere was (3.91 鹵0.53), which was at the middle level, and the working years, professional titles and the nature of employment were the factors that affected the nurses' perception of hospital safety atmosphere (P 0.05). Conclusion managers should intervene according to the different characteristics of nurses in order to create a good hospital safety atmosphere and reduce the occurrence of blood-borne occupational exposure.
