ERK5信號通路在病理性疼痛中的作用及其機制的研究進展(英文)

【摘要】:細胞外信號調節(jié)蛋白激酶5(ERK5),也稱大絲裂原活化蛋白激酶1,是ERK家族(MAPK大家族的一個亞家族)的一個重要成員。ERK5在背根神經節(jié)和脊髓中均有表達。本文著重闡述ERK5相關的信號通路在病理性疼痛中的作用:ERK5/CREB通路在疼痛信號的傳遞和痛覺過敏的形成中起重要作用;脊髓背角中ERK5的活化主要在小角質細胞;ERK5的活化可由NMDA受體介導。同時,我們細述了在病理性疼痛中,ERK5活化與NGF-TrkA和BDNF的關聯(lián)。
[Abstract]:Extracellular signal-regulated protein kinase 5 (ERK5), also known as mitogen-activated protein kinase 1, is an important member of ERK family (a subfamily of MAPK family). ERK5 is expressed in dorsal root ganglion (DRG) and spinal cord. This paper focuses on the role of ERK5 related signaling pathway in pathological pain: ERK5/CREB pathway plays an important role in the transmission of pain signal and the formation of hyperalgesia; the activation of ERK5 in spinal dorsal horn is mainly in small keratinocytes; the activation of ERK5 can be mediated by NMDA receptor. At the same time, we detailed the relationship between ERK5 activation and NGF-TrkA and BDNF in pathological pain.
