骨科創(chuàng)面感染葡萄球菌屬耐藥性分析

【摘要】:目的觀察骨科創(chuàng)面感染表皮葡萄球菌與金黃色葡萄球菌感染的耐藥性,為臨床治療合理選用抗菌藥物提供參考。方法收集醫(yī)院2011年6月-2014年4月骨科臨床創(chuàng)面感染標(biāo)本中分離出的表皮葡萄球菌與金黃色葡萄球菌126株,微生物病原菌鑒定按照《全國臨床檢驗(yàn)操作規(guī)程》進(jìn)行,藥敏試驗(yàn)采用K-B紙片法,結(jié)果判斷按美國臨床實(shí)驗(yàn)室標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化研究所(CLSI)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),應(yīng)用SPSS19.0軟件對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果分離出表皮葡萄球菌與金黃色葡萄球菌共126株,其中表皮葡萄球菌59株占46.83%,金黃色葡萄球菌分離出67株占53.17%;表皮葡萄球菌與金黃色葡萄球菌對苯唑西林、阿莫西林/克拉維酸、克林霉素、紅霉素、阿奇霉素等耐藥率分別為59.32%、35.82%;11.86%、0;44.07%、16.42%;72.88%、34.33%;67.80%、28.36%;表皮葡萄球菌耐藥率明顯高于金黃色葡萄球菌,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論骨科創(chuàng)面表皮葡萄球菌的感染率與耐藥率不斷上升,耐藥率明顯高于骨科創(chuàng)面感染的金黃色葡萄球菌,應(yīng)引起臨床醫(yī)師足夠重視,嚴(yán)格抗菌藥物的合理使用,加強(qiáng)各種侵入性治療的規(guī)范管理,控制耐藥上升趨勢。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the drug resistance of Staphylococcus epidermidis and Staphylococcus aureus infection in orthopaedic wounds, and to provide reference for rational selection of antibiotics in clinical treatment. Methods 126 strains of Staphylococcus epidermidis and Staphylococcus aureus isolated from clinical wound infection specimens of orthopedic department from June 2011 to April 2014 were collected and identified according to the National rules of practice for Clinical examination. The drug sensitivity test was carried out by K / B disk method. The results were judged according to the (CLSI) standard of American Institute of Standardization in Clinical Laboratory. The data were statistically analyzed by SPSS19.0 software. Results 126 strains of Staphylococcus epidermidis and Staphylococcus aureus were isolated, of which 59 strains were Staphylococcus epidermidis (46.83%) and 67 strains were Staphylococcus aureus (53.17%).
