【摘要】：目的探討醫(yī)護(hù)合作策略對(duì)氣管插管非計(jì)劃拔管(UEX)的影響。方法選取2013年8月至2014年4月在該院外科ICU帶氣管插管的患者1 072例,其中2013年8~12月收治的507例為對(duì)照組,護(hù)理人員采用常規(guī)措施預(yù)防管理UEX;2014年1~4月收治的565例為觀察組,觀察組在常規(guī)預(yù)防管理措施基礎(chǔ)上,采用醫(yī)護(hù)合作策略共同管理氣管插管UEX相關(guān)事宜。比較兩組患者UEX及患者滿意度情況,并對(duì)醫(yī)護(hù)人員進(jìn)行訪談。結(jié)果兩組患者因患者因素導(dǎo)致UEX率比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);兩組患者家屬滿意度比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ~2=4.684,P0.05);被訪談的醫(yī)護(hù)人員均對(duì)醫(yī)護(hù)合作管理UEX給予肯定。結(jié)論醫(yī)護(hù)合作管理策略能降低ICU患者因素導(dǎo)致的UEX發(fā)生,在臨床工作中值得推廣借鑒。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of medical cooperation strategy on unplanned extubation (UEX) of endotracheal intubation. Methods from August 2013 to April 2014, 1072 patients with endotracheal intubation in surgical ICU were selected. 507 patients were treated as control group from August to December 2013. Nursing staff were treated with routine measures to prevent and manage UEX;. From January to April 2014, 565 patients in the observation group were treated as the observation group. On the basis of routine preventive and management measures, the observation group adopted the strategy of medical cooperation to jointly manage the UEX related matters of endotracheal intubation. The UEX and patient satisfaction of the two groups were compared, and the medical staff were interviewed. Results there was significant difference in UEX rate between the two groups (P 0.05), and there was significant difference in family satisfaction between the two groups (蠂 ~ 2 鈮，
