【摘要】：目的分析小兒先天性心臟病體外循環(huán)術(shù)中的護(hù)理配合方法與成效。方法選取本院2012年7月至2015年6月收治的57例小兒先天性心臟病體外循環(huán)術(shù)治療的患兒作為研究對(duì)象,回顧性分析患兒的臨床資料,總結(jié)手術(shù)中的護(hù)理配合方式、觀察患兒的恢復(fù)情況。結(jié)果本組57例患兒通過手術(shù)治療和護(hù)理配合干預(yù)之后均獲得治愈,沒有出現(xiàn)由于配合不當(dāng)造成損傷或并發(fā)癥的病例,治愈率達(dá)到100%。結(jié)論小兒先天性心臟病體外循環(huán)術(shù)的操作復(fù)雜、難度較大,通過有效的護(hù)理配合有助于改善手術(shù)成功率,防止并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the nursing cooperation method and effect of cardiopulmonary bypass in children with congenital heart disease. Methods 57 cases of children with congenital heart disease treated by cardiopulmonary bypass from July 2012 to June 2015 were selected as the subjects of study. The clinical data of the children were analyzed retrospectively. the nursing cooperation methods in the operation were summarized. The recovery of the children was observed. Results 57 cases of children were cured after surgical treatment and nursing intervention, and there were no cases of injury or complications caused by improper cooperation, the cure rate was 100%. Conclusion the operation of cardiopulmonary bypass for congenital heart disease in children is complex and difficult. Effective nursing cooperation is helpful to improve the success rate of operation and prevent the occurrence of complications.
