【摘要】：目的分析自由體位在產(chǎn)程中的實施情況,并對初產(chǎn)婦在產(chǎn)程中應用自由體位對分娩效果進行分析。方法選取826例初產(chǎn)婦,隨機分為兩組,觀察組產(chǎn)程中實施自由體位,對照組產(chǎn)程中未實施自由體位,比較兩組產(chǎn)程時間、產(chǎn)后出血量、中轉(zhuǎn)剖宮產(chǎn)率、會陰側(cè)切率、新生兒窒息率等。結(jié)果在分娩產(chǎn)程中指導初產(chǎn)婦采取自由體位分娩,產(chǎn)程時間顯著縮短,產(chǎn)后出血量、會陰側(cè)切率顯著降低,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),而中轉(zhuǎn)剖宮產(chǎn)率、新生兒窒息率差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論在產(chǎn)程中應用自由體位可有效縮短產(chǎn)程,降低產(chǎn)后出血量及會陰側(cè)切率,提倡臨床全面推廣自由體位在產(chǎn)程中的實施。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the implementation of free posture in labor and to analyze the effect of free posture in labor. Methods 826 parturients were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group was treated with free posture during labor, while the control group was not treated with free posture during labor. The time of labor, the amount of postpartum hemorrhage, the rate of conversion to cesarean section and the rate of perineal lateral resection were compared between the two groups. Neonatal asphyxia rate, etc. Results in the process of delivery, the delivery time was significantly shortened, the amount of postpartum bleeding and the rate of perineal lateral resection were significantly decreased, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), while the rate of cesarean section was significantly decreased. There was no significant difference in neonatal asphyxia rate (P 0.05). Conclusion the application of free posture in the process of labor can effectively shorten the process of labor, reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage and perineal resection rate, and advocate the clinical promotion of free posture in the process of labor.
