【摘要】：比較替加環(huán)素對(duì)鮑曼不動(dòng)桿菌的體外藥敏試驗(yàn)不同方法之間的差異。分別采用微量肉湯稀釋法、瓊脂稀釋法和K-B法測(cè)定119株臨床分離鮑曼不動(dòng)桿菌對(duì)替加環(huán)素的敏感性,比較不同檢測(cè)方法結(jié)果的差異。微量肉湯稀釋法MIC_(50)0.5μg/m L、MIC901μg/m L,FDA/EUCAST的耐藥率0.0%(0/119)/0.0%(0/119),中介率0.0%(0/119)/5.0%(6/119),敏感率100%(119/119)/95.0%(113/119);瓊脂稀釋法MIC_(50)1μg/m L、MIC904μg/m L,FDA/EUCAST耐藥率11.7%(14/119)/45.4%(54/119),中介率33.6%(40/119)/21.0%(25/119),敏感率54.7%(65/119)/33.6%(40/119);K-B法Jone/EUCAST的敏感率47.1%(56/119)/31.9%(38/119)、中介率48.74%(58/119)/31.9%(38/119),耐藥率4.2%(5/119)/36.2%(43/119)。替加環(huán)素對(duì)鮑曼不動(dòng)桿菌體的外藥敏實(shí)驗(yàn)中,微量肉湯稀釋法、瓊脂稀釋法和K-B法之間存在差異。以微量肉湯稀釋法為參考方法,MH瓊脂稀釋法總誤差41.2%~60.5%,K-B法總誤差47.9%~63.9%。
