【摘要】：全科醫(yī)學(xué)一直是澳大利亞醫(yī)療體系的基石,幾乎所有的澳大利亞人每年至少看1次全科醫(yī)生。本文試圖概述1990—2015年澳大利亞全科醫(yī)生隊(duì)伍、全科醫(yī)生接診的患者以及患者疾病的復(fù)雜性所發(fā)生的主要變化,發(fā)現(xiàn)在過(guò)去的25年里,全科醫(yī)生群體、接診的患者情況和就診內(nèi)容均發(fā)生了變化,全科醫(yī)生的臨床工作重點(diǎn)更傾向于老年人保健、慢性病管理、臨床和治療程序、轉(zhuǎn)診和檢查。
[Abstract]:General medicine has always been the cornerstone of Australia's health care system, with almost all Australians seeing a general practitioner at least once a year. This paper attempts to summarize the main changes in the number of general practitioners in Australia, the patients received by general practitioners and the complexity of patients' diseases from 1990 to 2015. it is found that in the past 25 years, the population of general practitioners, The clinical work of general practitioners is more inclined to the health care of the elderly, chronic disease management, clinical and treatment procedures, referrals and examinations, and the clinical work of general practitioners is more likely to focus on the health care of the elderly, chronic disease management, clinical and treatment procedures, referrals and examinations.
