【摘要】：目的總結(jié)直面埃博拉病毒病(EVD)的護理防控經(jīng)驗,為以后類似疫情開展護理防控行為提供參考。方法筆者作為第五批中國(湖南)援塞醫(yī)療隊隊員、護理組組長,回顧性分析抗擊埃博拉病毒病53 d的親身經(jīng)歷,并總結(jié)護理防控經(jīng)驗。結(jié)果整個醫(yī)療隊全隊共40名醫(yī)務(wù)人員,未發(fā)生1例埃博拉病毒感染;塞方工作人員共105名也未發(fā)生交叉感染,埃博拉患者治愈率100%。結(jié)論建設(shè)與發(fā)揮團隊凝聚力,嚴格培訓和執(zhí)行標準工作流程,做好診療中心環(huán)境的感控管理是護理人員在診治過程中做到零感染的重要因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to summarize the experience of nursing prevention and control in the face of Ebola virus disease (EVD), and to provide a reference for the similar epidemic situation to carry out nursing prevention and control behavior in the future. Methods as the fifth group of Chinese (Hunan) medical team members and head of nursing group, the author analyzed the personal experience of fighting Ebola virus disease for 53 days, and summarized the experience of nursing prevention and control. Results there were 40 medical staff in the whole medical team, and no Ebola virus infection occurred, and 105 staff members in Serbia did not have cross infection, and the cure rate of Ebola patients was 100%. Conclusion it is an important factor for nursing staff to achieve zero infection in the process of diagnosis and treatment by building and giving full play to team cohesion, strictly training and implementing standard work flow, and doing a good job of feeling control management of diagnosis and treatment center environment.
