【摘要】：目的比較傳統(tǒng)護(hù)理模式與醫(yī)護(hù)合作照護(hù)模式對(duì)雙下肢不等長(zhǎng)行Ilizarov外固定矯形術(shù)后患兒相關(guān)并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生情況,尋找有利于減少術(shù)后并發(fā)癥的照護(hù)模式。方法以2006年4月至2014年3月因雙下肢不等長(zhǎng)在該院行Ilizarov矯形術(shù)的56例患兒為研究對(duì)象,以?xún)煞N照護(hù)模式實(shí)施時(shí)間為分界點(diǎn),將患兒分為傳統(tǒng)護(hù)理模式組(對(duì)照組)和醫(yī)護(hù)合作照護(hù)模式組(觀察組),比較兩組患兒手術(shù)后相關(guān)并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果兩組患兒均未發(fā)生嚴(yán)重的神經(jīng)血管損傷、骨髓炎及骨質(zhì)疏松等并發(fā)癥,局部皮膚損傷、針道感染、再骨折、肌肉攣縮和關(guān)節(jié)僵硬等術(shù)后并發(fā)癥總發(fā)生率比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論對(duì)雙下肢不等長(zhǎng)行Ilizarov外固定矯形術(shù)患兒實(shí)施醫(yī)護(hù)合作照護(hù)模式,能有效預(yù)防和減少術(shù)后并發(fā)癥,有助于促進(jìn)患兒術(shù)后康復(fù),值得推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the incidence of complications after Ilizarov external fixation with traditional nursing mode and cooperative nursing mode in order to find out the nursing mode which is beneficial to reduce the postoperative complications. Methods from April 2006 to March 2014, 56 children who underwent Ilizarov orthopaedics in our hospital due to unequal length of lower limbs were selected as the subjects, and the time of implementation of two care modes was taken as the demarcation point. The children were divided into two groups: the traditional nursing mode group (control group) and the nursing cooperative nursing mode group (observation group). The incidence of postoperative complications was compared between the two groups. Results there were no serious neurovascular injury, osteomyelitis and osteoporosis complications, local skin injury, needle infection, re-fracture, muscle contracture and joint stiffness. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion the cooperative nursing mode of Ilizarov external fixation for children with unequal lower limbs can effectively prevent and reduce postoperative complications and help to promote postoperative rehabilitation of children, which is worth popularizing and applying.
