【摘要】：目的調(diào)查北京市4所三級(jí)甲等醫(yī)院老年醫(yī)學(xué)科護(hù)士核心能力現(xiàn)狀,并分析其影響因素為護(hù)理人力資源的合理配置和護(hù)士培訓(xùn)提供依據(jù)。方法應(yīng)用一般資料調(diào)查表和注冊(cè)護(hù)士核心能力量表,對(duì)北京市4所三級(jí)甲等醫(yī)院老年醫(yī)學(xué)科工作的216名護(hù)士進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果老年醫(yī)學(xué)科護(hù)士核心能力總分為(175.72±31.32)分,條目均分為(3.03±0.54)分。年齡、學(xué)歷、職稱(chēng)是老年醫(yī)學(xué)科護(hù)士核心能力的主要影響因素。結(jié)論老年醫(yī)學(xué)科護(hù)士核心能力處于高水平,護(hù)理管理者應(yīng)根據(jù)老年醫(yī)學(xué)科護(hù)士的專(zhuān)業(yè)核心能力構(gòu)建合理的人才梯隊(duì),并有針對(duì)性地進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the status quo of nurses' core competence in geriatrics in 4 Grade 3A hospitals in Beijing and analyze the influencing factors for the rational allocation of nursing human resources and the training of nurses. Methods 216 nurses working in the geriatrics department of 4 Grade 3A hospitals in Beijing were investigated by using the general data questionnaire and the core competence scale of registered nurses. Results the core competence of nurses in geriatrics was (175.72 鹵31.32) and the items were (3.03 鹵0.54). Age, academic background and professional title are the main influencing factors of nurses' core competence in geriatrics. Conclusion the core competence of nurses in geriatrics is at a high level. Nursing managers should construct a reasonable talent echelon according to the core competence of nurses in geriatrics and train them pertinently.
