【摘要】：[目的]調(diào)查10種護(hù)理期刊近5年發(fā)表臨床路徑相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的狀況,分析我國臨床路徑的發(fā)展情況以及存在的問題。[方法]采用文獻(xiàn)計量學(xué)方法對2009年─2013年10種護(hù)理期刊收錄的關(guān)于臨床路徑的文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行分析。[結(jié)果]10種護(hù)理期刊近5年臨床路徑相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)總載文量呈波動狀態(tài),發(fā)展勢頭良好,近5年共刊載臨床路徑相關(guān)的文獻(xiàn)461篇,主要集中在臨床應(yīng)用方面。[結(jié)論]我國護(hù)理領(lǐng)域報道的臨床路徑相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)數(shù)量穩(wěn)定,覆蓋專業(yè)廣,但今后應(yīng)注重有關(guān)臨床路徑變異的研究。
[Abstract]:[objective] to investigate the status of clinical pathway-related literatures published in 10 nursing journals in the last five years, and to analyze the development of clinical pathways in China and the existing problems. [methods] the literatures about clinical pathway in 10 nursing journals in 2009 and 2013 were analyzed by bibliometrics. [results] the total number of articles published in 10 nursing journals in recent 5 years was fluctuating and developing well. 461 articles related to clinical pathway were published in recent 5 years, mainly focusing on clinical application. [conclusion] the number of clinical pathway-related literatures reported in China is stable and covers a wide range of specialties. However, the research on the variation of clinical pathway should be paid attention to in the future.
