【摘要】：目的分析綜合干預(yù)措施對(duì)新生兒多藥耐藥菌(MDRO)感染發(fā)生狀況的影響。方法采用回顧性調(diào)查,收集干預(yù)前醫(yī)院新生兒病房2014年1月1日-6月30日住院患者多藥耐藥菌感染資料,2014年7月1日-2015年6月30日開(kāi)展綜合干預(yù),比較干預(yù)前后MDRO感染率、檢出率的變化。結(jié)果綜合干預(yù)后,多藥耐藥菌感染隔離率從68.66%升至97.80%(P0.05);手衛(wèi)生依從率從70.25%升至89.50%(P0.05);MDRO感染發(fā)生率從4.60%降至3.38%(P0.05),檢出率從33.50%降至22.03%(P0.05)。結(jié)論開(kāi)具接觸隔離醫(yī)囑、實(shí)施監(jiān)督、考核,提高手衛(wèi)生依從率等綜合干預(yù)措施,能有效減少M(fèi)DRO感染的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the effect of comprehensive intervention on the incidence of multi-drug resistant bacteria (MDRO) infection in neonates. Methods retrospective investigation was used to collect the data of MDR infection in the neonatal ward of the pre-intervention hospital from January 1, 2014 to June 30, 2014, and the comprehensive intervention was carried out from July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2015. The infection rate and detection rate of MDRO before and after intervention were compared. Results after comprehensive intervention, the isolation rate of MDR infection increased from 68.66% to 97.80% (P0.05), and the compliance rate of hand hygiene increased from 70.25% to 89.50% (P0.05). The incidence of MDRO infection decreased from 4.60% to 3.38% (P0.05) and from 33.50% to 22.03% (P0.05). Conclusion the comprehensive intervention measures such as contact isolation orders, supervision, examination, and improvement of compliance rate of hand hygiene can effectively reduce the occurrence of MDRO infection.
