【摘要】：目的探討知信行理論強(qiáng)化護(hù)理對(duì)肝癌患者術(shù)后焦慮、抑郁癥狀,生活質(zhì)量及知信行的影響。方法選取2015年1月~12月128例行肝癌手術(shù)患者,根據(jù)分層抽樣法將患者分為觀察組和對(duì)照組,各64例。對(duì)照組術(shù)后采用常規(guī)護(hù)理。觀察組術(shù)后應(yīng)用知信行理論強(qiáng)化護(hù)理,干預(yù)時(shí)間為3個(gè)月。分別于干預(yù)前后應(yīng)用焦慮自評(píng)表(SAS)、抑郁自評(píng)表(SDS)、生活質(zhì)量測(cè)評(píng)量表(QOL-LC)及知信行問卷對(duì)兩組焦慮、抑郁癥狀,生活質(zhì)量及知信行評(píng)分進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果觀察組干預(yù)后SAS、SDS評(píng)分顯著低于對(duì)照組(P0.05);觀察組干預(yù)后軀體功能、社會(huì)功能、心理功能、癥狀反應(yīng)及QOLLC總分顯著優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05);觀察組干預(yù)后知識(shí)、信念態(tài)度、行為及總分均高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論知信行理論強(qiáng)化護(hù)理能有效減輕肝癌患者術(shù)后焦慮、抑郁情緒,改善患者知信行水平,提高患者生活質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of intensive nursing care on anxiety, depression, quality of life and knowledge and behavior in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) after operation. Methods 128 patients undergoing liver cancer surgery from January to December 2015 were divided into observation group (n = 64) and control group (n = 64) according to stratified sampling. Routine nursing was used in the control group after operation. The observation group applied the theory of knowledge, information and practice to strengthen nursing after operation, and the intervention time was 3 months. Before and after intervention, anxiety self-rating scale (SAS), self-rating depression scale (SDS), quality of life scale (QOL-LC) and KXQ were used to evaluate anxiety, depression symptoms, quality of life and cognitive behavior scores in the two groups. Results after intervention, the SAS,SDS score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P0.05), and the physical function, social function, psychological function, symptom response and total score of QOLLC in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P0.05). After intervention, the knowledge, belief, attitude, behavior and total score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion the theory of knowledge, faith and action can effectively reduce the anxiety and depression, improve the level of knowledge and action, and improve the quality of life of patients with liver cancer.
