【摘要】：目的深入了解臨床照顧者應(yīng)對癡呆患者精神行為癥狀時的真實體驗。方法采用描述性質(zhì)性研究方法,對13名有精神行為癥狀的住院癡呆患者的照顧者進行訪談,并對訪談內(nèi)容進行分析。結(jié)果提煉出3個主題:1照顧者的應(yīng)對感受,包括身心疲憊、委屈、退縮和成就感。2照顧者成功應(yīng)對癡呆患者精神行為癥狀(behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia,BPSD)的經(jīng)驗,包括理解患者、針對患者特點采取應(yīng)對措施、主動與患者溝通、積極激勵患者。3影響照顧者應(yīng)對BPSD的因素,包括BPSD的嚴(yán)重程度、照顧者的工作經(jīng)驗、患者與照顧者的關(guān)系及相關(guān)人員給予的支持。結(jié)論應(yīng)對癡呆患者BPSD是照顧者無法回避的挑戰(zhàn)之一,了解照顧者應(yīng)對癡呆患者BPSD時的體驗、經(jīng)驗和影響因素,有助于為癡呆患者BPSD的應(yīng)對以及照顧者的培訓(xùn)和支持提供參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the real experience of clinical caregivers in coping with mental and behavioral symptoms of dementia patients. Methods A descriptive sex study was used to interview the caregivers of 13 dementia patients with mental and behavioral symptoms, and the contents of the interviews were analyzed. Results three themes were extracted: (1) coping feelings of caregivers, including physical and mental exhaustion, grievance, withdrawal and accomplishment. (2) experiences of caregivers in successfully coping with mental and behavioral symptoms of dementia (behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia,BPSD), including understanding patients. Take measures according to the characteristics of the patients, actively communicate with the patients, actively motivate patients. 3 factors that affect the caregiver's response to BPSD, including the severity of BPSD, caregiver's work experience, The relationship between the patient and the caregiver and the support given by the related personnel. Conclusion coping with BPSD in patients with dementia is one of the challenges that caregivers cannot avoid. To understand the experiences, experiences and influencing factors of caregivers in coping with BPSD in patients with dementia. It is helpful to provide reference for the treatment of dementia patients with BPSD and the training and support of caregivers.
