【摘要】：目的調(diào)查慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者照顧者負(fù)擔(dān)水平,并分析其影響因素。方法采用自編患者一般資料調(diào)查表、卡氏功能狀態(tài)量表(KPS)、Zarit照顧者負(fù)擔(dān)量表(ZBI)對(duì)86例COPD患者及其照顧者進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果 86例COPD患者照顧者ZBI總負(fù)擔(dān)得分為(35.907±2.772)分,其中73例(84.9%)有中度照顧負(fù)擔(dān),13例(15.1%)有重度照顧負(fù)擔(dān);多元線性回歸分析顯示,照顧者家庭人均月收入、日均照顧時(shí)間及患者KPS得分是影響COPD照顧者ZBI總負(fù)擔(dān)得分的主要因素(P0.05)。結(jié)論 COPD患者照顧者負(fù)擔(dān)沉重,應(yīng)積極采取有效措施減輕其照顧負(fù)擔(dān),提升照顧者的生活質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the burden level of caregivers in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and analyze its influencing factors. Methods 86 patients with COPD and their caregivers were investigated by self-made general data questionnaire and (KPS), Zarit caregiver burden scale (ZBI). Results the total ZBI burden of 86 patients with COPD was divided into (35.907 鹵2.772) points, of which 73 (84.9%) had moderate care burden and 13 (15.1%) had severe care burden. Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that the average monthly income, average daily care time and KPS scores of the caregivers were the main factors influencing the total ZBI burden score of the caregivers of COPD (P0.05). Conclusion the burden of caregivers in patients with COPD is heavy. Effective measures should be taken to reduce the burden of care and improve the quality of life of caregivers.
