【摘要】：耐多藥結(jié)核病的出現(xiàn)和流行對(duì)結(jié)核病的防控造成了嚴(yán)重威脅。乙胺丁醇(Ethambutol,EMB)是一線抗結(jié)核藥物,常與異煙肼、利福平等聯(lián)合應(yīng)用,還可用于耐藥結(jié)核病的治療。但近年來(lái)EMB耐藥形勢(shì)嚴(yán)峻,我國(guó)復(fù)治結(jié)核病患者中EMB耐藥率已達(dá)17.2%,并呈上升趨勢(shì);耐多藥結(jié)核病患者中,EMB耐藥率約為51.3%~66.7%,情況不容樂(lè)觀。明確EMB耐藥的產(chǎn)生機(jī)制對(duì)于有效防控EMB耐藥率的上升、充分發(fā)揮EMB的作用十分重要,因此本文對(duì)結(jié)核分枝桿菌EMB的耐藥現(xiàn)狀、EMB的作用機(jī)制及其耐藥產(chǎn)生機(jī)制方面的研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行了綜述。
[Abstract]:The emergence and prevalence of multidrug-resistant tuberculosis (MDR-TB) poses a serious threat to the prevention and control of TB. Ethambutol (Ethambutol,EMB) is a first-line anti-tuberculosis drug, often used in combination with isoniazid, rifampicin, etc., and can also be used in the treatment of drug-resistant tuberculosis. However, the situation of EMB resistance was severe in recent years, the rate of EMB resistance in retreated TB patients in China had reached 17.2% and showed an increasing trend, and the EMB resistance rate in MDR-TB patients was about 51.3% / 66.7%, which was not optimistic. It is very important to clarify the mechanism of EMB resistance to effectively control the increase of drug resistance rate of EMB, and to give full play to the role of EMB. Therefore, the present situation of drug resistance to Mycobacterium tuberculosis EMB in this paper is very important. The mechanism of EMB and its mechanism of drug resistance were reviewed in this paper.
