【摘要】：[目的]探討垂體瘤術(shù)后病人應(yīng)對(duì)方式、希望水平與生活質(zhì)量的關(guān)系。[方法]選取2010年1月—2014年10月在蘇州大學(xué)附屬第一醫(yī)院接受垂體瘤手術(shù)后病人409例,采用自制垂體瘤術(shù)后一般資料調(diào)查表、健康狀況調(diào)查問(wèn)卷(SF-36中文版)、醫(yī)學(xué)應(yīng)對(duì)問(wèn)卷、Herth希望指數(shù)量表進(jìn)行調(diào)查,并建立垂體瘤術(shù)后病人應(yīng)對(duì)方式、希望水平與生活質(zhì)量關(guān)系的結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型。[結(jié)果]垂體瘤術(shù)后病人應(yīng)對(duì)方式面對(duì)、回避、屈服評(píng)分分別為(18.22±3.90)分、(17.35±3.32)分、(9.27±2.39)分;希望水平評(píng)分為(34.39±3.21)分;生活質(zhì)量的8個(gè)維度軀體功能、軀體角色、軀體疼痛、總健康、生命力、社會(huì)功能、情感角色、心理健康評(píng)分分別是(84.59±11.69)分、(33.44±12.33)分、(43.97±10.90)分、(45.53±12.29)分、(53.64±11.45)分、(57.97±18.13)分、(41.73±17.86)分、(53.57±11.40)分;面對(duì)維度對(duì)希望水平之間有正向效應(yīng)(β=0.053,P0.01),對(duì)生活質(zhì)量有直接的正向效應(yīng)(β=0.491,P0.01);屈服維度評(píng)分對(duì)希望水平有直接負(fù)向效應(yīng)(β=-0.049,P0.05),對(duì)生活質(zhì)量有直接的負(fù)向效應(yīng)(β=-1.456,P0.01);希望水平對(duì)生活質(zhì)量有直接正向效應(yīng)(β=1.512,P0.01)。[結(jié)論]垂體瘤術(shù)后病人的希望水平可直接影響生活質(zhì)量,應(yīng)對(duì)方式對(duì)生活質(zhì)量有直接或間接影響。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the relationship between coping style, level of hope and quality of life of postoperative patients with pituitary adenoma. [methods] A total of 409 patients were selected from January 2010 to October 2014 in the first affiliated Hospital of Suzhou University after pituitary adenoma surgery. The questionnaire of general information on postoperative pituitary adenoma and the health status questionnaire (SF-36 Chinese version) were used. The medical coping questionnaire and Herth hope index scale were investigated and the structural equation model of coping style, level of hope and quality of life (QOL) of patients with pituitary adenoma was established. [results] the coping style, avoidance and yield score were (18.22 鹵3.90), (17.35 鹵3.32), (9.27 鹵2.39), (34.39 鹵3.21) and (34.39 鹵3.21), respectively. The scores of physical function, physical role, somatic pain, total health, vitality, social function, emotional role and mental health were (84.59 鹵11.69) and (33.44 鹵12.33), respectively. (43.97 鹵10.90), (45.53 鹵12.29), (53.64 鹵11.45), (57.97 鹵18.13), (41.73 鹵17.86), (53.57 鹵11.40); The face dimension had positive effect on the level of hope (尾 = 0.053, P0.01) and a direct positive effect on the quality of life (尾 = 0.491, P0.01). The yield dimension score had a direct negative effect on the level of hope (尾 = -0.049) and a direct negative effect on the quality of life (尾 = -1.456mP0.01). The level of hope has direct positive effect on quality of life (尾 = 1.512 P 0.01). [conclusion] the level of hope can directly affect the quality of life, and the coping style has direct or indirect effect on the quality of life.
