【摘要】：通過(guò)對(duì)加拿大頒布的臨終關(guān)懷相關(guān)政策和指南的研究,探索加拿大臨終關(guān)懷模式的特點(diǎn)和優(yōu)勢(shì)。闡釋了加拿大臨終關(guān)懷的界定和發(fā)展,并從發(fā)布、主要內(nèi)容、應(yīng)用三個(gè)方面介紹了加拿大臨終關(guān)懷實(shí)踐模式指南。認(rèn)為加拿大臨終關(guān)懷發(fā)展成熟,呈現(xiàn)出國(guó)家支持、覆蓋面廣、服務(wù)內(nèi)容全面、服務(wù)專(zhuān)業(yè)化、人性化、規(guī)范化的特點(diǎn),其實(shí)踐模式指南的頒布對(duì)世界臨終關(guān)懷領(lǐng)域都有著重要的影響,期望加拿大臨終關(guān)懷的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)?zāi)転槲覈?guó)提供借鑒,推進(jìn)我國(guó)臨終關(guān)懷事業(yè)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:To explore the characteristics and advantages of hospice care mode in Canada through the study of relevant policies and guidelines on hospice care issued in Canada. This paper expounds the definition and development of hospice care in Canada, and introduces the guide of the practical mode of hospice care in Canada from three aspects: release, main content and application. The author holds that hospice care in Canada is mature, with the characteristics of state support, wide coverage, comprehensive service content, professional service, humanization and standardization. The promulgation of the practical model guide has an important influence on the field of hospice care in the world. It is hoped that the successful experience of Canadian hospice care can provide reference for our country and promote the development of hospice care in our country.
