【摘要】:正目前,各種內(nèi)窺鏡及穿刺等微創(chuàng)技術(shù)在臨床上廣泛應(yīng)用。我們?cè)诓±砜迫粘9ぷ髦?經(jīng)常會(huì)遇到很多非常小的標(biāo)本[1],如胃、腸鏡、鼻咽鏡活檢組織及細(xì)針穿刺組織等。尤其在現(xiàn)代基因檢測(cè)技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展下,少量標(biāo)本信息即可分析患者的基因結(jié)構(gòu),幫助明確病理診斷。但太小的標(biāo)本對(duì)切片制作要求較高,怎樣收集、取材、制作標(biāo)本成為病理科越來(lái)越
[Abstract]:At present, all kinds of endoscopy and puncture and other minimally invasive techniques are widely used in clinical. In our daily work of pathology, we often encounter many very small specimens, such as gastroscopy, colonoscopy, nasopharyngeal biopsy and fine needle biopsy. In particular, with the rapid development of modern gene detection technology, a small amount of sample information can be used to analyze the gene structure of patients and help to clarify the pathological diagnosis. However, too small specimens require a higher level of slice making. How to collect, draw materials and make specimens has become increasingly histopathological.
