績效輔導在護理績效考核管理中的作用

【摘要】:目的探討績效輔導對提高護理績效管理的效果。方法將4個護理管理績效平均成績相近的病區(qū)分為觀察組和對照組,每組各2個病區(qū)。對照組進行常規(guī)管理,觀察組采取召開座談會、護士定期匯報、非正式溝通等方式進行績效輔導培訓,干預6個月評價效果。結(jié)果觀察組病區(qū)護理質(zhì)量評分及護士績效考核成績顯著高于對照組(P0.05,P0.01)。結(jié)論對護士進行績效輔導可提高護理管理質(zhì)量,達到護理績效考核的目的。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of performance counseling on improving nursing performance management. Methods four patients with similar average performance of nursing management were divided into observation group and control group. In the control group, routine management was carried out, and the observation group conducted performance guidance training by holding a forum, regular reporting by nurses, informal communication and so on, and evaluated the effect of intervention for 6 months. Results the scores of nursing quality and the performance of nurses in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P 0.05, P 0.01). Conclusion performance counseling for nurses can improve the quality of nursing management and achieve the purpose of nursing performance evaluation.
