【摘要】：目的探討品管圈(QCC)活動在控制老年患者經(jīng)皮冠狀動脈介入術(shù)(后稱經(jīng)皮冠脈介入術(shù))后橈動脈穿刺處并發(fā)癥發(fā)生的效果。方法成立品管圈,確立"降低老年患者冠脈介入術(shù)后橈動脈穿刺處并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率"的活動主題,采用循環(huán)管理(PDCA)方法,進行現(xiàn)況調(diào)查、要因分析、實施對策制訂、效果檢驗等,隨機抽取110例入住本院老年病科行冠脈介入手術(shù)(經(jīng)橈動脈路徑)的患者為研究對象,分析導(dǎo)致橈動脈穿刺處并發(fā)癥發(fā)生的根本原因,制訂相應(yīng)的對策并進行效果驗證。結(jié)果通過QCC活動的實施,患者橈動脈穿刺處并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率較活動前明顯下降(P0.05),而患者的滿意度明顯提高(P0.01)。圈員的品管手法應(yīng)用、責(zé)任心、溝通協(xié)調(diào)、自信心、團隊凝聚力、解決問題能力、幸福感、積極性得到提高。結(jié)論 QCC活動不僅可有效降低老年患者經(jīng)皮冠脈介入術(shù)后橈動脈穿刺處并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率,也有利于促進護患關(guān)系和提高護士整體素質(zhì)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of quality control ring (QCC) activity in controlling the complications of radial artery puncture after percutaneous coronary intervention (percutaneous coronary intervention) in elderly patients. Methods A quality control circle was established to establish the activity theme of "reducing the incidence of complications in radial artery puncture after coronary intervention in elderly patients". The method of circulation management (PDCA) was used to investigate the current situation. 110 patients who underwent coronary intervention (via radial artery route) were randomly selected from the geriatric department of our hospital for the purpose of analyzing the root causes of complications at the puncture site of the radial artery. Formulate the corresponding countermeasures and verify the effect. Results through the implementation of QCC activities, the incidence of complications in radial artery puncture was significantly lower than that before exercise (P0.05), while the satisfaction of patients was significantly increased (P0.01). Application of quality control techniques, responsibility, communication coordination, self-confidence, team cohesion, problem-solving ability, happiness, enthusiasm improved. Conclusion QCC activity can not only effectively reduce the incidence of complications in radial artery puncture after percutaneous coronary intervention in elderly patients, but also promote the relationship between nurses and patients and improve the overall quality of nurses.
