【摘要】：正《2015年美國(guó)心臟協(xié)會(huì)與美國(guó)紅十字會(huì)最新急救指南》重申了急救的目標(biāo),急救的范圍得到擴(kuò)展,其關(guān)鍵問題和重大變更有:(1)治療呼吸正常、沒有脊柱或骨盆創(chuàng)傷的無(wú)反應(yīng)患者時(shí),將患者躺置于側(cè)臥位可以改善氣道機(jī)制。不建議對(duì)有脊柱損傷風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的患者使用抬高手臂的復(fù)蘇體位。(2)不建議急救人員進(jìn)行常規(guī)給氧。對(duì)于受過給氧專門訓(xùn)練的急救人員,對(duì)有減壓損傷的患者給氧可能
