【摘要】：目的探討共情護理對支氣管哮喘患者心理狀況及生活質量的影響。方法將100例支氣管哮喘患者按照隨機數字表法分為常規(guī)護理組與共情護理組,每組50例,護理前后接受漢密爾頓抑郁評分表(HAMD)與生活質量問卷(QLQC30)檢測,分析患者生理狀況和生活質量的變化。結果護理后共情護理組HAMD分值低于對照組,差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);與護理前比較,護理后兩組HAMD分值均降低,差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。護理前各維度評分組間差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),護理后共情護理組各維度評分均高于常規(guī)護理組,差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);與護理前比較,兩組各維度護理后評分均升高,差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論共情護理服務可以明顯改善支氣管哮喘患者心理狀況及生活質量,對患者疾病恢復具有重要促進作用,值得臨床推薦。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of empathy nursing on the psychological status and quality of life of patients with bronchial asthma. Methods 100 patients with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into two groups: the routine nursing group (n = 50) and the empathy nursing group (n = 50). The Hamilton Depression scale (HAMD) and the quality of Life questionnaire (QLQC30) were measured before and after nursing. The changes of patients' physiological status and quality of life were analyzed. Results the HAMD score of the empathy nursing group after nursing was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05); compared with the pre-nursing, the HAMD score of the two groups decreased significantly (P0.05). There was no significant difference in the scores of each dimension before nursing (P0.05). The scores of each dimension in the empathy nursing group after nursing were higher than those in the routine nursing group (P0.05). Compared with pre-nursing, the scores of each dimension of the two groups increased after nursing, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion the empathic nursing service can obviously improve the psychological status and quality of life of patients with bronchial asthma and play an important role in promoting the recovery of patients' disease, which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
