焦化廠工人尿中多環(huán)芳烴代謝物濃度的影響因素

【摘要】:[目的]以尿中多環(huán)芳烴代謝產(chǎn)物2-羥基萘(2-NAP)、2-羥基芴(2-FLU)、9-羥基菲(9-PHE)和1-羥基芘(1-OHP)作為生物標志,評價焦化廠工人體內(nèi)多環(huán)芳烴(PAHs)暴露水平,探討4種PAHs代謝物濃度的影響因素。[方法]對某焦化廠焦爐工437人(接觸組)及非焦爐工167人(對照組)進行問卷調(diào)查,高效液相色譜-熒光檢測法測定兩組工人晨尿中4種多環(huán)芳烴代謝物水平。[結(jié)果]接觸組尿中羥基代謝產(chǎn)物2-NAP、2-FLU、9-PHE和1-OHP濃度的中位數(shù)[分別為0.725、0.300、0.092、0.059μg/mmo L(以Cr計)]均顯著高于對照組[分別為0.615、0.197、0.065、0.040μg/mmo L(以Cr計)](P0.01);逐步logistic回歸分析顯示吸煙量每增加一個等級,致2-NAP發(fā)生高濃度的可能性增加了3.393倍;接觸組的代謝物2-NAP、2-FLU、9-PHE和1-OHP發(fā)生高濃度的可能性分別是對照組的1.665、3.399、2.185和2.905倍。[結(jié)論]影響人群尿中多環(huán)芳烴代謝物濃度的主要因素是工種和吸煙,其中2-FLU與1-OHP是焦爐工職業(yè)暴露敏感的生物標志,而2-NAP是吸煙暴露敏感的生物標志。
[Abstract]:[objective] to use 2-hydroxy-naphthalene (2-NAP), 2-hydroxy-fluorene (2-FLU), 9-hydroxyphenanthrene (9-PHE) and 1-hydroxypyrene (1-OHP) as biomarkers of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) metabolites in urine. To evaluate the exposure level of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) (PAHs) in coking plant workers and to explore the factors influencing the concentration of four PAHs metabolites. [methods] A questionnaire survey was conducted among 437 coke oven workers (contact group) and 167 non-coke oven workers (control group) in a coking plant. The levels of four polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) metabolites in morning urine of two groups of workers were determined by high performance liquid chromatography-fluorescence detection. [results] the urinary hydroxyl metabolites 2-NAPN, 2-FLU, were found in the exposed group. The median concentrations of 9-PHE and 1-OHP [0.725 ~ 0.300 渭 g/mmo / L (in Cr)] were significantly higher than those in the control group [0.615 ~ 0.197 0.197 ~ 0.065 ~ 0.040 渭 g/mmo / L (Cr)] (P0.01). Stepwise logistic regression analysis showed that the probability of high concentration of 2-NAP increased by 3.393 times with the increase of smoking volume by one grade. The risk of high concentration of 2-NAPP 2-FLUE 9-PHE and 1-OHP in the exposed group was 2.905 times higher than that in the control group (1.665U 3.399C 2.185 and 2.905 times respectively). [conclusion] the main factors affecting the concentration of PAHs in urine are type of work and smoking. 2-FLU and 1-OHP are sensitive biomarkers for occupational exposure of coke oven workers, and 2-NAP is sensitive biomarkers for exposure to smoking.
