【摘要】：目的研究優(yōu)質護理服務模式對初治肺結核患者的影響。方法回顧選取2015年10月~2016年11月本院接收的92例初治肺結核患者臨床資料加以研究,因護理方式的不同可分成兩組,對照組患者(42例)采取常規(guī)護理,研究組患者(50例)采取質護理服務模式,對比兩組生存質量評分、遵醫(yī)依從性。結果研究組生存質量評分、遵醫(yī)依從性較對照組優(yōu)(P0.05)。結論肺結核患者行優(yōu)質護理服務模式可提高遵醫(yī)依從性及生存質量。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of high quality nursing service mode on newly treated pulmonary tuberculosis patients. Methods the clinical data of 92 newly diagnosed pulmonary tuberculosis patients from October 2015 to November 2016 were retrospectively studied. The patients in the control group (42 cases) were treated with routine nursing because of different nursing methods. The patients in study group (50 cases) were treated with quality nursing service model, and the quality of life scores were compared between the two groups. Results the scores of quality of life and compliance were better in the study group than in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion the mode of high-quality nursing service for pulmonary tuberculosis patients can improve compliance and quality of life.
