磁刺激不同穴位腦功能網(wǎng)絡(luò)研究

【摘要】:磁刺激技術(shù)作為一種具有眾多顯著優(yōu)勢(shì)的診斷與治療技術(shù),在神經(jīng)功能的調(diào)控以及疾病治療方面具有無(wú)以比擬的優(yōu)勢(shì)。2000多年來(lái),傳統(tǒng)中醫(yī)學(xué)一直被人們視為治療多種疾病的有效方法,將磁刺激技術(shù)與針灸技術(shù)結(jié)合而產(chǎn)生的穴位磁刺激技術(shù),在為磁刺激技術(shù)的推廣應(yīng)用賦予新內(nèi)容的同時(shí),也進(jìn)一步揭開(kāi)了傳統(tǒng)中醫(yī)學(xué)治療疾病的神秘面紗。穴位磁刺激技術(shù)可以等效為在外部對(duì)大腦神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)施加的一種刺激手段,該技術(shù)對(duì)研究大腦的調(diào)控機(jī)制以及許多疾病的康復(fù)治療有重大意義。腦科學(xué)中復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論的飛速發(fā)展為磁刺激穴位的研究提供了新思路,本文采用磁刺激技術(shù)刺激人體外關(guān)穴、合谷穴、神門穴,分別提取磁刺激前和磁刺激時(shí)的腦電信號(hào)并對(duì)其進(jìn)行分析。主要內(nèi)容如下:1、磁刺激外關(guān)、合谷、神門穴關(guān)聯(lián)特性以及腦連接的變化情況:研究發(fā)現(xiàn)磁刺激外關(guān)穴、合谷穴、神門穴時(shí)被試組間各通道節(jié)點(diǎn)之間關(guān)聯(lián)特性的變化以及與鄰接矩陣所對(duì)應(yīng)的大腦皮層網(wǎng)絡(luò)連接圖的變化存在顯著差異;2、磁刺激外關(guān)、合谷、神門穴全局屬性腦網(wǎng)絡(luò)測(cè)度分析:研究磁刺激對(duì)腦功能網(wǎng)絡(luò)全局屬性網(wǎng)絡(luò)指標(biāo)的影響以及三組被試網(wǎng)絡(luò)測(cè)度隨閾值的變化情況。研究結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)各組被試的腦網(wǎng)絡(luò)測(cè)度變化趨勢(shì)具有很大差異性,體現(xiàn)在磁刺激不同的穴位時(shí)即使相同的網(wǎng)絡(luò)測(cè)度其變化規(guī)律不一致,針對(duì)同一穴位相同測(cè)度在不同的閾值區(qū)間上變化情況也是不一致的。這一方面揭示了磁刺激不同穴位會(huì)結(jié)合穴位特異性從不同的側(cè)面去改善腦功能,另一方面也體現(xiàn)閾值選取在腦網(wǎng)絡(luò)研究中的重要性;3、磁刺激外關(guān)、合谷、神門穴局部屬性腦網(wǎng)絡(luò)測(cè)度以及小世界屬性分析:研究結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)磁刺激不同穴位局部屬性網(wǎng)絡(luò)指標(biāo)在相同以及不同腦功能區(qū)上變化差異較大;本文構(gòu)建的腦網(wǎng)絡(luò)均屬于小世界網(wǎng)絡(luò)范疇。本文的研究工作從復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)角度探索磁刺激不同穴位時(shí)大腦功能網(wǎng)絡(luò)連接的變化規(guī)律以及對(duì)應(yīng)的腦功能網(wǎng)絡(luò)的拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)屬性,從而探索磁刺激穴位對(duì)大腦神經(jīng)調(diào)節(jié)的作用效應(yīng),為磁刺激療法應(yīng)用于臨床提供一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:As a kind of diagnosis and treatment technology with many remarkable advantages, magnetic stimulation technology has unparalleled advantages in the regulation of nerve function and the treatment of diseases for more than 2000 years. Traditional Chinese medicine has always been regarded as an effective method for the treatment of many diseases. The magnetic stimulation at acupoints produced by combining magnetic stimulation and acupuncture technology has given new content to the popularization and application of magnetic stimulation. It also uncovers the mystery of traditional Chinese medicine in treating diseases. The technique of acupoint magnetic stimulation can be equivalent to a kind of stimulation applied externally to the neural system of the brain, which is of great significance to the study of the regulatory mechanism of the brain and the rehabilitation treatment of many diseases. The rapid development of complex network theory in brain science provides a new idea for the study of magnetic stimulation acupoints. The EEG signals before and after magnetic stimulation were extracted and analyzed respectively. The main contents are as follows: 1. The correlation characteristics of magnetic stimulation, Hegu and Shenmen acupoints and the changes of brain junctions: the study found that magnetic stimulation of Waiguan acupoints, Hegu acupoints, At Shenmen acupoint, there were significant differences in the correlation characteristics of each channel node and the cortical network connection map corresponding to the adjoining matrix. 2. The global attribute brain network measure analysis of magnetic stimulation, Hegu and Shenmen points: the influence of magnetic stimulation on the global attribute network index of brain functional network and the changes of three groups of network measures with threshold were studied. The results showed that the change trend of brain network measurement in each group was very different, which was reflected in different points of magnetic stimulation, even if the same network measure its change law was not consistent. The variation of the same measure of the same acupoint in different threshold ranges is also inconsistent. On the one hand, it reveals that different acupoints of magnetic stimulation can improve brain function from different sides in combination with acupoint specificity, on the other hand, it also shows the importance of threshold selection in the study of brain network. 3. The measurement of local properties of brain network and the analysis of small-world attribute of magnetic stimulation. The results showed that the local attribute network indexes of different acupoints of magnetic stimulation varied greatly in the same and different brain functional areas. The brain network constructed in this paper belongs to the category of small world network. From the point of view of complex network, this paper explores the change rule of brain functional network connection and the topological properties of corresponding brain functional network under different acupoints of magnetic stimulation, so as to explore the effect of magnetic stimulation acupoint on the regulation of cerebral nerve. It provides some reference value for the application of magnetic stimulation therapy in clinic.
