基于Zigbee的病人呼叫系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:隨著大眾日益加快的生活節(jié)奏,自身健康問題也逐漸成為大家所關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn),因此與之密切相關(guān)的智能醫(yī)療領(lǐng)域的Zigbee系統(tǒng)具有很大的發(fā)展前景。在醫(yī)療智能監(jiān)控方面,雖然我國在比較先進(jìn)的醫(yī)院試用移動(dòng)信息化的應(yīng)用,但仍存在長期運(yùn)作模式不成熟、規(guī);潭炔桓、集群化程度不足的弊病,此外還面臨成本過高、安全性及隱私問題等,這些問題嚴(yán)重制約了醫(yī)療智能化的發(fā)展。特別是在醫(yī)院為住院病人提供的護(hù)理服務(wù)上,病人作為特殊群體,需要在指定區(qū)域?qū)Σ∪宋恢眠M(jìn)行嚴(yán)格監(jiān)控,如果病人離開其應(yīng)在區(qū)域醫(yī)護(hù)人員沒有及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn),后果不堪設(shè)想。特別是住院病人病種不同,應(yīng)避免病人隨意進(jìn)出其他病房,造成病人交叉感染。因此設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)可以實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測病人位置情況的系統(tǒng)對于提升醫(yī)院智能化管理十分必要。 本文詳細(xì)介紹了基于Zigbee的病人呼叫系統(tǒng),結(jié)合Zigbee技術(shù)和Web技術(shù)的優(yōu)勢,對系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)及實(shí)現(xiàn)的過程進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)闡述。系統(tǒng)采用軟、硬件結(jié)合的開發(fā)方法,設(shè)計(jì)了一種實(shí)用的便于醫(yī)生實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測病人位置的無線醫(yī)療監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)硬件部分使用以CC2430/31為核心的開發(fā)板,使用C語言編程實(shí)現(xiàn)Zigbee無線通信功能對病人所在位置進(jìn)行定位,上位機(jī)接收定位信息并進(jìn)行處理然后存儲(chǔ)至數(shù)據(jù)庫,使用者可使用Web瀏覽器對定位信息進(jìn)行查看。當(dāng)病人離開指定監(jiān)控區(qū)域時(shí),系統(tǒng)報(bào)警提示。 本文主要從以下幾方面對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行闡述。首先,論文主要從課題的研究背景及意義、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展趨勢進(jìn)行闡述,并概括敘述了本文研究的主要內(nèi)容。其次,論文對Zigbee和Web等相關(guān)技術(shù)和優(yōu)勢進(jìn)行分析比較,確定了設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo),并構(gòu)建了基于Zigbee的病人呼叫系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)路線。然后,根據(jù)系統(tǒng)需求制定了系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)方案,主要從系統(tǒng)硬件設(shè)計(jì)、系統(tǒng)軟件設(shè)計(jì)、數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計(jì)和Web網(wǎng)站設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行闡述,并采用黑盒測試的方法完成了系統(tǒng)測試。最后得出結(jié)論,并對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行展望。 經(jīng)實(shí)踐,本文提出的基于Zigbee的病人呼叫系統(tǒng)能夠在指定區(qū)域?qū)Σ∪宋恢眠M(jìn)行監(jiān)測,當(dāng)病人離開指定監(jiān)測區(qū)域系統(tǒng)報(bào)警提示。系統(tǒng)為我國住院病人位置監(jiān)測方面提供了一定的參考,在醫(yī)療護(hù)理領(lǐng)域方面實(shí)現(xiàn)了應(yīng)用創(chuàng)新。
[Abstract]:With the increasing pace of life of the public, their own health issues have gradually become the focus of attention, so the intelligent medical field of Zigbee system has a great development prospects. In the aspect of medical intelligent monitoring, although our country tries the application of mobile information in more advanced hospitals, there are still some disadvantages such as immature long-term operation mode, low scale, insufficient degree of clustering, and high cost. Security and privacy problems, these problems seriously restrict the development of medical intelligence. Especially in the nursing service provided by the hospital for the inpatients, the patients, as a special group, need to strictly monitor the patient's position in the designated area. If the patient leaves the hospital, the medical staff should not find it in time, and the consequences will be unthinkable. In particular, inpatients with different types of diseases, patients should avoid random access to other wards, resulting in cross-infection of patients. So it is necessary to design a real-time monitoring system for hospital intelligent management. This paper introduces the patient call system based on Zigbee in detail. Combined with the advantages of Zigbee and Web, the design and implementation of the system are described in detail. A practical wireless medical monitoring system is designed, which is convenient for doctors to monitor the position of patients in real time. In the hardware part of the system, the development board with CC2430/31 as the core is used, and the Zigbee wireless communication function is programmed by C language to locate the position of the patient. The upper computer receives the location information and processes it and stores it to the database. Users can use the Web browser to view location information. The system alerts patients when they leave the designated monitoring area. This paper mainly describes the system from the following aspects. First of all, the paper mainly from the research background and significance of the subject, domestic and foreign research status and development trends, and summarized the main content of this study. Secondly, the paper analyzes and compares the relative technologies and advantages of Zigbee and Web, determines the design objectives, and constructs the technical route of patient call system based on Zigbee. Then, according to the requirement of the system, the design scheme of the system is established, which is mainly described from the hardware design, software design, database design and Web website design, and the black box test method is used to complete the system test. Finally, the conclusion is drawn and the system is prospected. Through practice, the patient call system based on Zigbee can monitor the patient's position in the designated area, and alert the patient when the patient leaves the designated monitoring area system. The system provides a certain reference for the monitoring of inpatient position in our country, and realizes the application innovation in the field of medical care.
