【摘要】：目的探討18例宮頸高頻電波刀宮頸環(huán)切術(shù)(LEEP)后創(chuàng)面愈合不良患者的護(hù)理。方法對18例宮頸LEEP術(shù)后創(chuàng)面愈合不良的患者加強(qiáng)圍手術(shù)期護(hù)理、健康教育、門診隨訪指導(dǎo)。結(jié)果 18例宮頸LEEP術(shù)后創(chuàng)面愈合不良患者二次住院治療后8周內(nèi)宮頸創(chuàng)面完全愈合。結(jié)論加強(qiáng)病情觀察,給予飲食、營養(yǎng)、衛(wèi)生指導(dǎo)及心理疏導(dǎo)、門診隨訪等護(hù)理干預(yù),能有效促進(jìn)宮頸LEEP術(shù)后患者康復(fù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the nursing care of 18 patients with poor wound healing after (LEEP). Methods to strengthen perioperative nursing, health education and outpatient follow up guidance for 18 patients with poor wound healing after cervical LEEP. Results 18 patients with poor wound healing after cervical LEEP were completely healed within 8 weeks after secondary hospitalization. Conclusion Nursing intervention such as diet, nutrition, health guidance, psychological guidance, outpatient follow-up and so on can effectively promote the recovery of patients after cervix LEEP.
